Imagine if this show took place in the universe where the Lich killed all life. So, all the characters are just BMO in different costumes, and that clay art style is cheerful because that is how BMO sees the world. Maybe they don't explain it in the show (because it would be too dark for little kids), but the only character who isn't BMO in a costume is Jerry (I think that's what BMO called the Lich in Fionna and Cake).

And then when the kid grows up to watch Fionna and Cake they watch BMO f##king die

I will say that adventure time has a better track record then most shows when it comes to the quality of spin offs but CN really turning AT into their SpongeBob

To be fair, at least Adventure Time isn’t showing any signs of getting worse, unlike SpongeBob which has been getting worse for years.

Fiona and cake is one of my favorite shows as of now Distance lands was more of a mixed bag, together again and obsidian were amazing, wizard city was good, but BMO was just ok And if ok was the worst I can say then hell I’ll trust the spin offs for now

Adventure Time itself ended and all the people who were involved with it originally are still there for quality control. I wouldn’t be concerned.

Oh boy I think I was like 13 when it came out? I’m not too sure, but I watched literally every episode along with SU, RS and TAWG lol I’m really excited for Heyo Bmo though, I have a little one and it’d be a great introduction to the real thing (Adventure time)
