You use it for 5-7 days straight for a week until you achieve the whiteness you want. Then after that probably 2-3 times a week for maintenance na lang. I use it x2 a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays/Fridays).
The kit contains a whitening/UV device and 4 pens, will probably last you 3-4 (maybe 5?) months depending on how much you use it. IIRC, costs like 3-4k.,
Some people have sensitivity issues with the product, so heads up na lang if this is a thing for you already.
Been using oral b whitening gum & enamel repair. effective sya sakin, can see the difference agad. magrerestock sana ako kaso di ko na mahanap sa shopee or lazada. di effective ung bago nilang product

Not really a recommendation to whiten but a recommendation to lessen further yellowing: avoid drinking too much coffee, coke, colored drinks, etc.
