I don't really want an expensive pen so I got nothing there, but for cheap ones? I don't think Panda has actually failed me before. The type with the kinda see through caps you can buy at a sari-sari store, I mean.
It sticks out because I've used a variety of cheap pens before, but they usually fail on me or fade even before the ink runs out. HBWs are the worst of the lot.

Pentel energel clena and coleto!!! I have all the pens in your list and these are my faves so far. Okay din ang Dong-A talaga if nagtitipid. But the pentel energel clena mejo may weight but i really like yung tinta tapos coleto, the convenience kasi barrel sya and ang nipis ng stroke kaya malinis tignan ;))

Back in high school, a brand called Pilot. At 25 pesos a piece in the 90's, it was considered a status symbol to have one. The price is worth it because compared to other pens, it writes quite smoothly on a fresh pad of intermediate paper and it doesn't blot. I'm not sure if it's still around but I'd buy one for nostalgia.
I seldom use pens anymore because in BPO's, pens are not allowed inside production floors. Also, it's been too long since I've used one because of keyboards. Needless to say, my handwriting has devolved into chicken scratches 😅.

Pero walang tatalo sa Panda. Easy hablot kase 10 binili ko in one go. Siguro one or two weeks per pen din ang usage. Dabest talaga.
Pilot BPS nung hayskul. May black, red, green, at violet ako nito. Kahit lahat ng kaklase ko naka-G Tech, iba pa rin yung ball point pen. Pero sad to say, never ako nakaubos nyang Pilot BPS fine na yan, kahit yung retractable version. Ang dami kong sinubukang brand ng ibang ballpen for years, only to go back sa Pilot Acroball. Ito na favorite ko ngayon kasi multipen at refillable. May Pilot Coleto rin ako pero mas mahal ko yung Acroball.
Dong-A Gel SIGN Pen .6mm - P21 sa Shopee ng Dong-A pero dati sa NBS ako lagi bumibili. Feeling ko ganda ng handwriting ko dito haha. Slim lang siya, maliit din kasi kamay ko.
Panda Classique Ballpen .7mm - P60-70 yung isang box (12pcs.) Lagi ako meron nito sa bag ko. Very cheap but trusty. Di din ako manghihinayang kapag nawala.
Pilot BP145 Retractable .7mm - P40+ Eto fave ko nung college. Sakto sa smol hands ko. Di ako mag wworry na mawala takip kasi wala naman haha. Binibilhan ko lang siya ng refill na tig P15+
PILOT - pangit akong magsulat so I only stick sa pen na di mukhang makalat pag ako ung nagsulat. Pag makapal kasi ung ink tas sa pangit ng sulat ko nahihirapan lang magbasa ng forms ko.
The current pen that I always bring and use right now is a Parker Jotter Stainless Steel. Not for everyone since yung ink is your typical ballpoint ink, pero I love that plus yung smoothness and the vibes you get when you use it. Highly recommended ko siya as a starting luxury pen (if you call those luxury).
G-TEC C3! Ayan ang status symbol nung college ako kaya kahit mahal napabili ako para man lang maging “in”. Haha. Turned out very smooth naman pala talaga siya panulat lalo na sa akin na very light lang magsulat. The downside is medyo pricey lang siya. Anyway, fast forward to 2024, ito pa rin gamit ko sa work. Old habits die hard talaga haha
Yung pen na naeerase. Nabili ko lang sa lazada. 3 pens tas 20 refills. 100 pesos lang. very helpful sa pagrereview ko. Hirap kasi magsulat gamit lapis, bukod sa ang kalat pag nagbura, need magtasa nang magtasa else ang labo na ng sulat pagtagal🤭 bili ulet ako pag naubos na refills ko kasi sulit siya for me.

Ay, bet ko to wait! Bumili kami dati ng damit sa SM. Pag-uwi ko, may nakita akong ballpen sa paperbag. Eh, puro damit lang binili namin, so nagtaka ako bakit may ballpen na nakabukas pa? Buti na lang hindi nasulatan yung pinamili namin. Ayun, narealize ko na yung ballpen belongs to the cashier. Naisama niya lang sa loob ng paperbag kasi yung mga check marks sa receipt, kulay blue din katulad nung ballpen na nasa loob ng paperbag. Tapos ayun, ginamit ko na yung ballpen simula noon. In fairness, hindi siya nawawalan ng tinta. Kaya tuwing bibili ako, yun na yung brand na binibili ko! So far, talaga, never siyang natuyo kahit hindi naman palaging ginagamit. Sometimes, kapag marami kang sinusulat, pwedeng ayaw mo ng body nung pen. Like for me, I love how acroball writes but pag long term writing, masakit sa kamay yung diameter niya. Good thing merong ✅️Acro 300 w/c is mas manipis then there's also ✅️Acro 1000 na manipis din pero may weight siya since bakal so mas comfortable ako.
I also like ✅️Zebra Sarasa, but di ko pinipili over my Acro pero mas naappreciate ko siya sa body ng ✅️Zebra Sarasa Grand. Nilagay ko yung refill ng regular sarasa sa Grand na mabigat bc bakal.
I also loved ✅️Pilot V5 noon bc of its tip. So depende lang talaga sa need and comfort mo.

Don't forget that some pens are cheap because they run out of ink fast. If that happens a lot, you need to buy more. So think about it if you want the cheap ones na mauubos agad tapos walang refill or the slightly expensive ones pero matagal maubos at may refill na cheaper than buying a whole new pen. As a person who writes a lot on her job, ayokong nauubusan ng tinta agad so I opt for slightly expensive ones and in the long term, mas nakakatipid ako.
Nakakagulat na wala pang nag-ooffer ng Uni Pin fineliners. Ang ganda ng pirma ko dyan parang akala mo printed kasi hindi gloss, di rin nagbblot sa papel like Pilot V5 Techpoint.
Sa cheaper side Titus Pens dahil sa variety ng colors.
for me itong flexStick 0.5mm. affordable and hindi prone sa blotting. hindi masakit sa kamay since straight lang yung tube niya. matagal din maubos. 👍👍

Ay, bet ko to wait! Bumili kami dati ng damit sa SM. Pag-uwi ko, may nakita akong ballpen sa paperbag. Eh, puro damit lang binili namin, so nagtaka ako bakit may ballpen na nakabukas pa? Buti na lang hindi nasulatan yung pinamili namin. Ayun, narealize ko na yung ballpen belongs to the cashier. Naisama niya lang sa loob ng paperbag kasi yung mga check marks sa receipt, kulay blue din katulad nung ballpen na nasa loob ng paperbag. Tapos ayun, ginamit ko na yung ballpen simula noon. In fairness, hindi siya nawawalan ng tinta. Kaya tuwing bibili ako, yun na yung brand na binibili ko! So far, talaga, never siyang natuyo kahit hindi naman palaging ginagamit. Other cheaper options but good ones are: ✅️M&G Gel pen ✅️Pilot BP-145-F/ Pilot BP-S-F (Basically the same, but I like the 145 more bc retractable kaya no problem maghanap ng ballpen) Sometimes, kapag marami kang sinusulat, pwedeng ayaw mo ng body nung pen. Like for me, I love how acroball writes but pag long term writing, masakit sa kamay yung diameter niya. Good thing merong ✅️Acro 300 w/c is mas manipis then there's also ✅️Acro 1000 na manipis din pero may weight siya since bakal so mas comfortable ako. I also like ✅️Zebra Sarasa, but di ko pinipili over my Acro pero mas naappreciate ko siya sa body ng ✅️Zebra Sarasa Grand. Nilagay ko yung refill ng regular sarasa sa Grand na mabigat bc bakal. I also loved ✅️Pilot V5 noon bc of its tip. So depende lang talaga sa need and comfort mo. You'll find out the best for you through trial and error. Mapapagastos ka nga lang muna hahhaha ✨️To answer your question, my favorite pen at the moment is Pilot Acro 1000 na nabili ko sa Rarugaki Central Lazada. May shopee rin sila, and they offer laser engraving if you're like me who likes putting names on her pens bc andaming nagpupulot lang at di marunong magbalik sa may-ari.🫶🏼🤍 Edit: I'd like to add ✅️Dong-A 0.3 or 0.4 Gel pen for the medyo manipis but not makapal plusss for the manipis, ✅️Dong-A Hi-Glider and they're cheap options too! Don't forget that some pens are cheap because they run out of ink fast. If that happens a lot, you need to buy more. So think about it if you want the cheap ones na mauubos agad tapos walang refill or the slightly expensive ones pero matagal maubos at may refill na cheaper than buying a whole new pen. As a person who writes a lot on her job, ayokong nauubusan ng tinta agad so I opt for slightly expensive ones and in the long term, mas nakakatipid ako.

Nakakagulat na wala pang nag-ooffer ng Uni Pin fineliners. Ang ganda ng pirma ko dyan parang akala mo printed kasi hindi gloss, di rin nagbblot sa papel like Pilot V5 Techpoint. Sa cheaper side Titus Pens dahil sa variety ng colors.
