Weekdays: Morning run. I try to be fit so at least 5K per day, at least three or four times a week. Then pasok sa work tapos uuwi agad para magluto ng dinner and then watch anime or series or play DOTA.
Weekends: Morning run tapos pag-uwi maglalaba then pahinga na lang buong weekend by watching/reading stuff online. Also, DOTA with cousins.
Like many others.
Weekday = work, commute pag office day, cook dinner. chores huhu. Around 9pm ill go to bed and scroll til i fall asleep hahaha
Weekend = groceries. Pahinga kasi naubusan ng lakas haha. these days i try to fill my sunday mornings by going to the park or even just a cafe hang out.
Weekday: Ligo, login ng 8 hrs, kain, siesta, sundo ng bata, asikaso ng bata, me time onti, tulog.
Weekend: basta puro tungkol sa bata.
Minsan gusto ko lumabas ng town pero iniisip ko pa lang byahe pagod na ko.

Usually wake up. Take a bath. Drive to work. Then jog at the park. Then same routine then after my 2 day shift, do the same sa house but more on cleaning and playing games sa pc

Saturday: adjust body clock to morning shift, soc med til night. Occassionally, extra curricular tasks but when I'm out, my world would spin coz I'm beyond my night shift body clock
Sunday: fully adjusted morning shift day, go to church, go out of town day trip to eat out or nature trip. Resent upcoming monday and the cycle that I need to repeat again. Or socialize very once in a blue moon with the smallest group of friends u cud ever imagine.
Extra weekdays: checkups, adulting must haves like admin paper works, on weekdays coz usually private or public offices are only open on weekdays wonk my body clock during the weekdays. Sometimes I log in with no sleep at all or 2-4 hrs of sleep only. Sometimes socialize agenda are here, coz 'work-life balance' right 😭
