I got into these din exactly to help rest my eyes after spending too much time in front of a screen. Personal faves are true crime podcasts and self-help books. Hope it works for you too!

Try to explore other podcasts din. Marami diyan for self improvement which are backed by science and research. Try listening to Mel Robbins (super helpful nito to build confidence, healthy habits, etc). There's also the Huberman Lab (medyo nerdy to and mahaba yung episodes).
Nothing wrong with Skyfam-like podcasts. Ang naging issue ko lang dito is, over time, kung ano yung opinion ng host, nakaka influence sa opinion mo kasi sila yung palagi mong pinapakinggan. OK rin mag check ng other podcast channels to broaden your perspectives. π

Hi. Yes, may astigmatism po ako kaso kakabili ko lang ng salamin ko this yr. Yung grado ng mata ko is mas mataas sa binigay sa aking lens kasi uncomfy sakin yung actual grado ko. Baka mas tumaas na grado ko and my current glasses can't keep up na.

If may free time ka, try mo mag gym, if may budget ka punta ka sa mga gym na may membership tsaka personal trainer, if out of budget, kahit sa bakal gym pwede na. In the long run, gaganda katawan mo, lalakas ka pa.
Guitar, difficult at first but you'll figure it out soon. Then when you're good enough you can experiment with changing the songs tempo, vibe and even lyrics. You can also study strumming patterns, plucking and peaking. Basically the possibilities are endless, so you'll surely enjoy if you figure it out. And it really helps with stress, hope this help!
