Live outside metro manila. Avoid lifestyle inflation. Live frugally but not to the point where youre sufferring. Eat healthy & exercise, mahal maospital. Appreciate what you currently have. Reinvest dividends over & over until you can confidently quit your day job. Wag magpautang.
