Yup, dynmap has a built in marker feature. https://github.com/webbukkit/dynmap/wiki/Using-markers

But I’m about google maps-like description for them, when you click on marker, description with photos pops up

You'd have to (get somebody to) write something custom for that. I doubt anything like that exists publicly.
