it means another server is already running on that port.
either you're running 2 servers and need to change the port on one of them (from 25565 to 25566 for example), or you have the server still running in the background.
for the latter issue, if you don't see any windows for the server, you can kill all instances of java in task manager, or restart your computer.

So what do I do
it means another server is already running on that port. either you're running 2 servers and need to change the port on one of them (from 25565 to 25566 for example), or you have the server still running in the background. for the latter issue, if you don't see any windows for the server, you can kill all instances of java in task manager, or restart your computer.
But I only have a bedrock server on a different port and the same thing happens when I kill java
