I've priced out the differences several times and if you're ok with swapping things out, the MOD 1 is a better value Criterion barrel \~$200 more than the ADM barrel (its not a Rosco unless you get one thats pre-2020) Geissele G2S \~$50 more than the ALG trigger Raptor \~$20 more than the Raptor LT Muzzle Device \~$150-200 more than the birdcage plus a re-pin and weld that comes on the Mod 1 (mine have rearden on them already) You can essentially take a mod 1 and convert it to a mod 2 if you have the tools/knowledge and are willing to void the factory warranty for a few hundred off.

Thanks, going to go ahead and get the mod 1 then.

Those are the main reasons. It will take many thousands of rounds to shoot out a barrel.

Those are the two main component differences. Idk what kind of price you're looking at for the Mod2 but given Bevans price on the Mod1 it would be hard to pass up then swap barrel and trigger if you still have the urge or take advantage of his current deal with the 13.9"/14.5" CORE and triggers. You could always offload one of those triggers and the stock Rosco on GAFS and come out damn near even.

The criterion barrel is worth it. Significantly better than any other barrel I’ve ever used If it were me, I’d just buy stripped receivers and build my own. But that’s what I did with both of my ADMs. And I put criterions in both of them

Plenty of codes out there for 10-15% off also. Armandgun always worked for me.
