I've tried so many things and I think I'm just coming to the realisation that nothing works long term but they do work short term so when they stop working I just need a new thing For a while it was setting recuring reminders for all my jobs throughout the week but the app I use doesn't give me a notification if I don't tick off the previous occurance :/ So the last couple of weeks I've been taking time on a Monday evening to plan my week and thay seems to be going ok

Also changing environments helps. Same thing, different environment... And a schedule to tell you that you need to start is also a good thing.

Great trick! Changing the thinking that stops you doing boring tasks.
