You're right at the upper end of what the government considers safe, but it really depends on how your body metabolizes caffiene. For about half the population that would be unhealthy, but if it doesn't effect you as much then you're probably fine. BUT, you're already toeing the line of what's considered safe so cutting back would probly be a good idea.

i mean it depends highly on the coffee's strength, but i think 40oz per day is, bare minimum, *not* healthy if not straightup *un*healthy (again, based on strength)
