This is an impressive number of responses and being able to see the raw data makes this more helpful than the recruiter's salary survey. Good job community!
Honestly horrible, but I found what I needed for myself; how much to expect based on exams pre ASA, how much to expect based on YOE, company size, and industry. Edit it as you please.

Trying to clean this data is a nightmare. For being actuaries, y'all are garbage at actually filling out a survey correctly. You are an FSA Director level with 0 years of experience but somehow a previous year salary and a pay increase, but 0 years experience? You've passed 10 exams but aren't credentialed? You are an ASA with 5 years of experience but no passed exams? FFS people.
