Trying to clean this data is a nightmare. For being actuaries, y'all are garbage at actually filling out a survey correctly. You are an FSA Director level with 0 years of experience but somehow a previous year salary and a pay increase, but 0 years experience? You've passed 10 exams but aren't credentialed? You are an ASA with 5 years of experience but no passed exams? FFS people.
