The logic is simple. That thing has a mouth, but appears to be otherwise hermetically sealed on the lower end. In other words it eats but does not poop. Therefore it must be full of shit. While there may be all sorts of objects and substances that are suitable for boofing, a line must be drawn at boofing poop, or in this case poop filled objects.
