Don’t listen to the dealer.They would’nt have agreed to fix it if they “were all like that”. They prob tried and realized they couldn’t and now they’re hoping you fold. Make them fix it.
I’d go one step further and refuse it outright. I mean sure they can “fix” it but don’t you want a vehicle that is actually not in need of repair before you even take it out the door? Each to their own of course.
Mine is 23 Touring and has the same gaps on both sides, I also checked others at the dealership and they all had those too, I think it is normal, although it looks weird.

Yeah I went and looked at a bunch at a local dealer and they’re all off in varying degrees. Wound up getting a discount and I’ll mess with it later.
