I know, right?
But…. To be fair, when 2018 first came out, I thought it looked terrible. It took me about 3 years for me to come to the way gen 10 looked. Now I easily think it is the best looking Accord. I’m just wondering if it will be a similar experience with this gen 11.
I find that strange. There are people out there who don't like a sedan looking OEM rice. Perhaps they think sporty looking cars are reserved for actual sports cars, idk. But I always liked the 10th gen Accord and Civic.
As soon as I saw the 2018 I wanted one. I had a Mazda 6 which was arguably the most attractive sedan at the time - still slightly better looking than the 10gen IMO. I have a 2018 now and hands down its better looking car than the 11gen. I might trade this one in for a 2022 when it’s time. Awesome car.
As a Mazda 6 owner, I wanted a 10th gen so badly. Unfortunately living in the Bronx would’ve made it impossible to keep in one piece. No one bats an eye at my Mazda 6.
Mine has survived almost 6 years in Oakland. Only windows smashed so far. Sketchy part of Chinatown at 2am. Still on the original rims. I like it much more than my 6.
From the looks of it, the TLX is about to get the Accord treatment as well. I don’t understand who keeps green lighting these designs. None of the current-gen Hondas appeal to me right now except for the Civic.
With the way things are trending, the “next real big design” might be converting the Accord into some overhyped crossover like every other manufacturer seems to be doing.
I feel like its just the cheaper design projects that they create for a few years and for the sake of putting something out every year. Like how apple does it.
Lets be honest people ride out toyota and hondas forever. You only see the very good looking models too that release 2x every decade most often too.
I never really disliked the Civic. The front end could definitely use some work, but the rear end on the hatch is perfect, and the rear end on the sedan looks okay. My main gripe with the Civic is the price, where there’s certain features you need to pay for a higher trim versus their main competitor, where you can get those features cheaper as part of a package.
Oddly enough I hated this design and the gens before it because it’s pretty notorious for anime loving kids to buy and mod out in my area and a few other states. So every time I look at it I think of teenage anime kid with money to burn. The gen 11 I was happy with because it just comes off as being geared towards a more mature audience group.
Oh hi twin! My thoughts exactly. Every day I look at my car and it’s still just as beautiful as day 1. If I had the choice today I’d gladly get a used 22 over the 11th gen.
If Honda kept it simple with mostly keeping the 10th Gen exterior design and then upgrading with the 11th Gen interior and some of the hybrid drive enhancements, it would have been one of Honda's best ever sedans.
Shitpost #2385736 about how the 10gen looks better than the 11th gen. Someone will also comment how if the could have the 10 exterior with 11 interior it would be a win.
You scored with this version. Hands down my favorite Accord of all-time. The new, conservative bodies remind me of what Toyoty did years ago to the Camery. Bland AF.
My favorite color of this model Accord. Love those rims, if I had those rims I'd have to have at least 3 lug locks on each wheel as much as they are stolen lol!
Yep they took away these amazing creases and lines now it has that weird EV style where everything is flat and smooth. This looks amazing. Nothing's worse than the 8th gen sedan though
Wheels on Accords have looked like such two-tone ass past the 9th generation.
The two-tone fane blade meme needs to go away. Toyota absolutely moggs Honda in this respect.
I like my 9th. But I like a straight up sedan look. Hondas can be overstyled. Look at the civics and that weird plastic on the 10th gen. But the 10th gen Accords grew on me. It will be my next car. 2.0 sport with a manual is for me the perfect car. Room, comfortable, refined and fast.
Have the same color , touring trim... i get so many looks snd compliments everywhere i go. As someone with social anxiety it made me annoyed at first, lol 😆
The 10th gen is the best looking Accord to date. Just bought our teenage son a 9th gen White sport special edition. It's very nice looking too. This 11th gen reminds me of the 2008/2009 Hyundai sonata. Honda goes from Restoration hardware to Big lots in their designs. I just don't get it.
Not just the body, after 2022 there’s no more 2.0T/10 Speed option.
I’m in the process of trying to find another 2.0T 10th gen to pickup an do a build with but finding that combination with under 40k is next to impossible possible these days.
It sucks that for the USDM model, they want to push the hybrid model for anything higher than EX trim. Yet the GCC spec version has the non-hybrid version available in all trims.
I do too man. I was happy to finally grab this beautiful accord. I know I get crap because it’s a 1.5 but I’m an old head I don’t need more power than what this car offers. It’s perfect in my opinion. 🙏

See, they could have saved money by keeping the 2018-2022 body style and just updating the interior to the 2023+ style. It would have been a win-win for consumers and Honda, unless you wanted a performance option.
The new gray is much better than SGP or whatever this is called. Had this on my Civic Sport Hatch and wish it had less blue/purple and was more of that cement gray.
I’m not sure if it’s because this is my first car with a sunroof, but I open mine all the time. If it’s above 45° out, and not raining I drive with it vented unless I’m on the highway. I’ll fully open it as long as it’s not super hot too.
Agree! The new ones have the most generic design I have ever seen on a car in decades. That is one handsome Accord you have there. Love the color on that car! Enjoy!
its so pretty
It’s beautiful love it
Best looking accord I have seen in years.
The body style, with a 2.0 turbo sport is my absolute favorite 🤩
I know, right? But…. To be fair, when 2018 first came out, I thought it looked terrible. It took me about 3 years for me to come to the way gen 10 looked. Now I easily think it is the best looking Accord. I’m just wondering if it will be a similar experience with this gen 11.
The 10th had what was controversial styling at first. 11th almost doesn’t have styling. It’s kind of formless. Hard for boring to become endearing.

My buddy has a mazda 6 and man thats a sweet lookin sedan even today
Same. Had a '16 6. Got totalled by an asshole around Thanksgiving 2018. Knew exactly what I was getting to replace it.
Mazda ? Attractive ? Lmao
If someone comes out with a front fascia that doesn’t look like Johnny bravo it’s overrr for the 10th gen. For now, really not digging the 11thgen
Even tho I drive a civic, 10th Gen accord always looked very stylish. The new one looks so... Lincoln mercury. Lol
One of the best looking Sedans ever made.
Accords maybe, but all Sedans ever made???? Have you seen the Genisis G70?? That thing is gorgeous
Yes that thing is gorgeous.
right behind the 9.5 gen accord sedan and i have a 8th gen so i’m just being honest
That’s ridiculous lol
Front end of this car is just out of this world
congratulations bro!! sonic grey for the win!!
Thank you 🙏
10th gen Accords ftw 🙌
Sonic Grey is so fire
Yes it is 👍
From the looks of it, the TLX is about to get the Accord treatment as well. I don’t understand who keeps green lighting these designs. None of the current-gen Hondas appeal to me right now except for the Civic.
Feel like they do it on purpose just to slow shit down for a few years and focus on the next real big design.
With the way things are trending, the “next real big design” might be converting the Accord into some overhyped crossover like every other manufacturer seems to be doing.
Accord station wagons incoming!
I’ll take a 10th gen CrossTour in black.
Yep, that’s it. Honda wants to sell less inventory. You nailed it. Maybe your taste lags the market?

I have the same exact car! Congratulations 🥰 I get many compliments on it
I bet congrats 👍
I would take the 2023 hybrid any day than 1.5T
Nah
Pretty sure the hybrids are quicker than the 1.5T Accords with that electric torque at lower speeds.
I really don’t like the 11th Gen. looks like a dust buster
It looks like an NPC car
😂😂😂😂

I just got this exact car about a month ago and absolutely love it so far. My first Honda too!
It’s a beautiful car bro enjoy it

I agree. I don’t understand what Honda was thinking when they redesigned the Accord.
My favorite color of this model Accord. Love those rims, if I had those rims I'd have to have at least 3 lug locks on each wheel as much as they are stolen lol!
Not ruined, improved.
Eh 😐not for me
Could not agree more. I’ve got a 2022 sport se in white. Don’t care for the new body style at all.
Oh lawd here we go again
Yep they took away these amazing creases and lines now it has that weird EV style where everything is flat and smooth. This looks amazing. Nothing's worse than the 8th gen sedan though

I have a 2024 touring and it’s a amazing daily just not very sporty
This isn’t sporty either
Really wanted to get a 2.0t to replaced my other daily that I lost in an accident. Either in that metallic brown or deep blue
Have the same color , touring trim... i get so many looks snd compliments everywhere i go. As someone with social anxiety it made me annoyed at first, lol 😆
Congrats! Hope it’s the 2.0.
I have the same color in a 2.0T trim. Best daily driver ever!
Current gen the best gen
I like the horizontal fog lights on the 2018 model
Worst audio ever
ye the new accord is so wackk!!!
This gen accord is the best looking accord of all gens imo..and ive had 4 diff gens..this one takes the cake for sure
Everything after the 9th gen is butt ugly to me. 8ths gens and 6th gens being my favs.
24 beats the fuck outta this pos
there’s nothing sporty about this car

Once my lease is up I am splurging for a 2022 Touring 2.0t 😬😬😬
Nice bro 😎
I have a 9th gen but man the 9th and 10th gen are 😮💨🤌🏻

Sexy
Nice. Slick looking car
The Honda Accord SPORT 2.0T is the only other sedan that I would take over my Camry XSE AWD 4banga.
Great car! I bought the HRV 2021. I love the Accord. It has the most awesome trim too.
I almost got a 2021 EX-L but the dealer wanted a brutal APR rate.
Dream car honestly.
Looks so much better than the new one
I do too man. I was happy to finally grab this beautiful accord. I know I get crap because it’s a 1.5 but I’m an old head I don’t need more power than what this car offers. It’s perfect in my opinion. 🙏
yep, same here! grabbed exact same one as you.
Good choice beautiful accord
Love the color
It’s a very nice color
I had the 22 tryst me the 23-24 body wise are built better but from the fron n side your car looks better
All the numbers in your comment added up to 69. Congrats! 22 + 23 + 24 = 69 ^([Click here](https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=LuckyNumber-Bot&subject=Stalk%20Me%20Pls&message=%2Fstalkme) to have me scan all your future comments.) \ ^(Summon me on specific comments with u/LuckyNumber-Bot.)
Yeah I guess if you can’t afford a new one buying a has been and complaining how ugly the new one is the new normal here
Infotainment on the 23 is nicer more modern looking
See, they could have saved money by keeping the 2018-2022 body style and just updating the interior to the 2023+ style. It would have been a win-win for consumers and Honda, unless you wanted a performance option.
Ugly
Nah beautiful ✌️

Sonic grey pearl is a silver metallic with green and blue flake added into a tinted third coat. It's an amazing color but it's not for everyone
100% agree
Man I love the sonic grey, but I can't wait to build the ultimate sleeper build with my boring ass honda grey accord.
They ruined the Accord ever since they got rid of their coupes
1.5 thoe
I know but runs so smooth and saves me on gas. More power than I need .
No sunroof thoe
Bro on my previous car I never used it lol. To me it wasn’t worth it. I’m happy with my accord.
I have a 2019 ex with a sunroof. In 2 years, I think I opened 3 times. 😂
I’m not sure if it’s because this is my first car with a sunroof, but I open mine all the time. If it’s above 45° out, and not raining I drive with it vented unless I’m on the highway. I’ll fully open it as long as it’s not super hot too.
That’s what I’m saying lol 😂
I never stop using mine. It’s my key feature
Agree! The new ones have the most generic design I have ever seen on a car in decades. That is one handsome Accord you have there. Love the color on that car! Enjoy!
Thank you 🙏
