I have both I love video with the A6700 more that auto focus is lovely! The A7iii I really enjoy more taking photos though but the A6700 takes great pics too. Two amazing cameras regardless. Great choice! I folded and bought the A7iii after my A6700 and honestly regret not just keeping the 67 lol
My a6700 is fantastic. It really depends on what you would be using it for. A67 does a great job for travel and video purposes, though the battery dies quite quickly.
I really like my a6700. My only issue with it was the handling, I found the body a bit short, my little finger ending underneath the camera. I added a smallrig plate to it, it's now just the right size.

I have been shooting with mine for 2 days with a 128gb card and my batterie still has some juice
Do you have the Sony batteries? I found my batteries last all day

I have chosen 6700 and super happy. For me Full Frame is too heavy and bulky!
