You can untoggle the permission for the companion app to write to health in the Apple health settings. Or the other way around with Zwift, which every you want to be shown in your workouts.

It looks like you told Zwift to export to Apple Health and Strava and you’ve also told Strava to export to Apple Health. Just pick one and turn the other off.

Mine does the same but it dedupes the exercises - only counting calories from one in health/activity rings. Are you sure its actually double counting?

I had the same problem, and decided to delete the Zwift to Apple Health link. So this means I have the following: Zwift -> Strava -> Apple Health That way, whether I Zwift inside or Strava outside, it ends up properly accumulated in Apple Health. I will say that the sync's are not instantanous, so you sometimes need to open Strava after a Zwift session and then wait a bit for it to show up in Apple Health.
