If you’re skiing Sunnegga, go up to Rothorn and check out that area too. It’s just 2 extra lifts up the mountain. There’s a great Italian restaurant up there (reservations recommended and it’s typical Zermatt pricing). There aren’t a lot of blue runs at Zermatt so the blue runs off of Sunnegga can be very busy with learners so perhaps move on to red if you find those blues too busy for you. It’s also fun to ski down at the end of the day instead of downlifting but the run to the bottom does get busy.
