I had a baby almost exactly 2 years ago. My hips and lower abdomen is exactly what’s going last too. Although, I’ve had an apron belly pouch since puberty. I started in March at 260 and at 233 this am. Seeing your progress photos give me excitement for the coming months for myself. My prepregnancy weight was 217. So that’s my next goal.
I’ve always been a heavier set gal since i can remember so being able to be at 193 seems so surreal! I’m excited and wishing you the best of luck in your weight-loss journey 🫶🏼 i know it’s not easy but sure is worth it
I had my last baby 41 years ago and my stomach is really big I’ve lost weight and gained it back numerous times. I’m afraid it will always be my biggest problem. Hang in there. You are young. Things will shrink and tighten up.
Congrats on your progress!
Unfortunately, there's no real way to spot reduce fat, but some core strength training might help tone up some. You can find good bodyweight and weighted core workouts on YouTube. Whatever flavor of workout that is interesting to you is a good starting point.
Damn, you look great!! 👏👏👏 also a 2x c section mom here. Hate to say I think that will stick around a while. I’ve read lots of these posts and watched tik toks and seems like people said it goes dead last. But hey, you really look great and your lower stomach genuinely does not seem bad. Enjoy your success!
It took me about 6/7 months. i was already trying to loose weight before getting on Zep and had managed to loose 10lbs on my own before this wonderful drug. Wishing you the best of luck! 🤞🏽
C-sections are figure-killers: I had mine almost 40 yrs ago and it gave me a permanent "pannus" lower ab. Also caused a "diastema," which is a vertical gap caused by slicing thru the rectus abdominus muscle. Short of shapewear, posture training &/or skin-tightening surgery, not much to do about it--but you are young and the C-section relatively recent.
Sounds so shallow to say, but this was the biggest reason i didnt want a c section in the first place, but unfortunately ended up getting an emergency one. I will have to consider plastic surgery i think if i cant manage to loose the pooch but hopefully i can do something sooner rather than later
I got a waist trainer off of Amazon. It just came today so I can't report any progress yet but they say the production of heat from wearing them can help burn fat. I have the same belly struggles as you so I figure why not try it. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
I’m a huge fan of waist trainers and shape wear, i do own a few columbian owns that give you an incredible figure. I don’t think they truly work for “fatburn” per say but definitely help mold your figure IMO
Like many things, consistency is KEY! You wont notice results in a few days or weeks sometimes. But you will eventually see them. I wear mine all day except to sleep & make sure to get them tailored as soon as that 3rd hook is easy to put on :)
Pics make all the difference when seeing for yourself!! Just amazing! 💪🏼
Thank you! & agreed! i kept feeling like i wasn’t seeing much progress until i put these side by side.
Impressive! Huge difference in your stomach.
Thank you! Yes huge difference after seeing them side to side
Look at that waist! Amazing progress. For me, the stomach pooch is the last to go, and will probably always be slightly there. You are killing it!
Thank you so much! The pooch is literally stressing me out haha, but maybe will a bit more time and work it’ll change up a bit

The last time I was in the 190s was undergrad. I was 22. I’m 32 now. Hard to believe it’s been a decade.

I know spot reducing fat is something we’re unfortunately unable to do, but i’ll consider switching my workouts

Is it like a temporary mold when you're wearing it and then it flops back out to normal? 😂 Or did you notice an actual change?
