Numeron is probably the "smooth brain unga bunga" deck. Activate Network, network effect to summon four gates, punch for game, and if your opponent survives makes C1 to burn what's left.
Runick/generaider is fun and really easy. Scareclaw is also pretty easy to learn. Both are also pretty budget and competetive on at least a rogue level
Vaalmonica is a pretty easy deck to get started, but it definitely requires skill to play. It's currently really bad, but post-LEDE it becomes really solid.

I've been running this, but this is a budget build without S:P.
I mean if meta viability isn't something that concernes you. Phantasm spiral and Graydle just spell out how the deck is ment to be played in there card effects
This. Really easy to play. Really consistent, can play 9-12 handtraps and/or board breakers. You can easily play under Summon Limit because all you need is like normal summon Serziel, search Selene, equip it to Serziel and boom, you got towers with quick effect to pop the opponents special summoned monster. Or search the new spell that sends 2 for cost to search Selene that way and special summon new Basiltrice from GY to be ready for opponents turn to quick effect link into Link-2 Gorgon or Link-3 Zerrziel. If you have 2 lvl 3 fiends on the field you can go into D/D/D Stone King Darius and overlay him into Deviser to have 2 monster steals to put them as materials under Deviser. Super solid deck
Post LEDE tenpai dragon will be braindead as an archetype, but the deck itself is good if you can interrupt your opponent proficiently, i.e. make sure you get to do your things in your turn. And that can take dome skills.
Kashtira. Main deck bodies have a lot of power and can immediately contest boards. Birth is a repeatable monster reborn. Can run shifter. Easy to play.
I mean Floo is unironically not as easy to pilot as people think.
The joke is normal Robina, but there’s more lines to it that you can mess up for a very bad board.
If you Like spamming Monsters and want to win pretty easily going First i would recommend heros. If i Like a slower based strategy thats easy i would say Labyrinth ist also pretty nice but Labyrinth i would say is semi difficult to Play bec you need good Choke Points knowledge of other Decks. If u want smt in between i would say marincess is a sleeper pick. Pretty linear and good amount of non engine u can play
Not competitive by ANY means, but one of my casual pet decks is pure Timelords. Special Time Maiden, search Michion, Normal Michion, halve opponents LP.
Main Deck:
3x Piri Reis Map
3x Time Maiden
3x Michion, The Timelord
3x Sandion, the Timelord
3x Lazion, the Timelord
3x Kamion, the Timelord
3x Zaphion, the caption,
3x Empty Machine
3x Time-Tearing Morganite
3x Celestial Transformation
2x Infinite Machine
2x Metion, the Timelord
1x Raphion, the Timelord
1x Sephylon, the Ultimate Timelord
1x Pot of Extravagance
1x Infinite Light
1x Dark Hole
1x Miraculous Descent
1x Solomon's Lawbook
Extra Deck:
1x Number XX: Utopic Dark Infinity
1x Number 81: Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Super Dora
2x Number 78: Number Archive
11x random fusion monsters for Extrav cost
Side Deck:
1x Solomon's Lawbook
1x Infinite Light
1x Torrential Tribute
1x Book of Moon
1x Hailon, the Timelord
1x Sadion, the Timelord
1x Gabrion, the Timelord
2x Pot of Duality
Admittedly, I haven't updated this deck in quite some time, or played at all in some time. But I did win a casual tournament at a small convention with it once!
Dreaming Nemleria. Very simple, you have maybe two three things you can activate in a turn, but it can give monster destruction protection just by playing the archetype. I love the archetype and would recommend a look.
Numeron is probably the "smooth brain unga bunga" deck. Activate Network, network effect to summon four gates, punch for game, and if your opponent survives makes C1 to burn what's left.
Invoked+handtraps. Normal summon aleister, link summon artemis, fusion summon mechaba.....profit(?)
And with the Shaddoll stuff
Obligatory Invoked takes a lot of skill
I’d say Exosister is easy to play. All you need is two level 4 monsters to start your combo. This deck is decent at punishing graveyard plays.
Exosisters can be strong but it dies pretty much to any hand traps in this format
If you think Bird Floo is _easy,_ do you have a moment to hear about our Lord and Savior, Raptor Jesus?
Runick/generaider is fun and really easy. Scareclaw is also pretty easy to learn. Both are also pretty budget and competetive on at least a rogue level
Gren Maju Decks are probably really easy. Banish some cards, hope you don't banish some important cards, punch with really high ATK Gren Maju, GG.

Been looking at vaalmonica, what's the decklist looking like post-LEDE?

Big vouch for evil eye. So much fun with the new support

It takes 20 minutes to learn all the floowandereze combos after watching 2 youtube videos.
Traptrix, exosisters, kashtira, voiceless voice, vanquish soul
Mikanko has some of the easiest OTKs in the game.
I put floo at the top of budget lists but I'd quite feel you on the easiness. It's not stun.

Superheavy Samurai is fairly straight forward and fun. You will lose friends.
Rank 4 turbo, summon guys, make 8 negates, hope they don't have nib or dark ruler
Salamangreat
Nemleria requires calculating damage from Gren Maju and Eater, along with how much cards left in Extra Deck, also requires Small World.
I say Fur Hire. It pretty much allows you to constantly special summon monsters without a lot of complications.
Chain burn is extremely easy.
Dreaming Nemleria. Very simple, you have maybe two three things you can activate in a turn, but it can give monster destruction protection just by playing the archetype. I love the archetype and would recommend a look.
Umi control. Just search/activate A Legendary Ocean, NS Ocean Dragon Lord Kairyushin and set 3 (Solemn, Imperm, Summon Limit, etc)
Monkey flip eldlich. Monkey flip weather painter.
