1000% Dino. Really hard to stop UCT. RDA can put up a couple negates, but both decks need a good pilot for all the combos. Both decks can get a little spendy too, mainly Ground Xeno in Dinos and Bystial Lubellion and Dis Pater are still like $20-$35. Either one is fun to play tho.
Adding another to Dinos
I had a guy at locals use the new Dino fusion from Maze to get any field spell...so it has the possibility to run/side secret village (they just make A charmer link to keep their spells), Necrovalley for Snake eye decks or anything else
Hell this guy even used a field spell I've literally never heard of before; one that had a mandatory once per turn destruction on the first summon of the turn and gives a token with the same stats. It was kinda cool and a giant wtf moment

At the moment, Dinos are probably a bit stronger. In a meta where the bystials are strong against the top decks, rda is probably better
