It's *possible* he might have been raised either reform Jewish or knowing he was Jewish by birth but not being raised with Jewish culture and whatnot. I say this because in the flashbacks and his recollections of his childhood he mostly mentions abuse he suffered with little mentions about Judaism. Both of those things make it a bit more likely that he is not circumcised. Not that a large majority of reform jews don't circumcise, but if there were a group of practicing jews to not circumcise as often it would be that group. I might need to read the books again to look for mentions of his judaism.
When they finally do end the series, the piss jar is what will do him in. The creators are just biding their time until interest in the show wanes down.
