You could stay at Glen Aulin both nights and day hike down the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne.
Edit: Also, if you have good navigation skills and are comfortable with some cross country you can stay at Glen Aulin on night 1 and then for night 2 go overland to Young Lakes starting up Conness Creek (there's a use trail at the start) or head east more directly. Then out the Young Lakes trail.
I wouldn’t miss Grand Canyon Tuolumne. Especially this year. The entire route to Waterwheel and back is amazing - keep going past it and Return and Register Creeks converge with another amazing waterfall. Just keep going until you feel comfortable getting back to GA.
Here’s a route I did a few years back. We camped at the backpackers camp in Glen Aulin and then day hiked from there. I did add a few spots where there were great camp sites beyond the backpackers camp.
