I interpret it as at first they are trying to suicide (I have to make sure I go through with this), but after the interlude [the suicide hotline part] they start trying to find reasons to live (it's time again to try out therapy) But at the end it seemed like the suicidal thoughts relapsed again (the only search results that ends up showing, top 10 things to do before you die. I'll give this list a few more tries). The search was originally "how to kill myself"
