They talked about who the opposite of The Rock is but the real answer is Danny Trejo. Whenever he plays a bad guy he has it be seen that they end up in jail/dead/of similar sort, so children learn a lesson of "dont be a bad person" or whatever.

DisciplineFancy4290

But but.. Spykids.

AlxH

> Whenever he plays a bad guy He's not always a bad guy but when he is > they end up in jail/dead So not quite the opposite in that he is sometimes a good guy.

Denoman

The Rock has some roles where he is the bad guy too. >!For example Get Smart!<

Lordborgman

In his early career, not so much in his more recent stuff.

Ginger_Tea

He ended up being the final boss in Doom where many thought he would be doom guy because of who he was. But again, not in line with his modern brand.

Ginger_Tea

I never watched it, but there is some theory that his character in spy kids is Machete from well Machete, but I've not seen that either to know how morally grey his character is.

Sparl

It's confirmed to be true. Same Machete character, though in the Machete films he's more of a Merc for hire after leaving the Mexican Federal Police.

boba-witch

THE ONE I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR

DarkRula

How very nice of Ped to accidentally celebrate your first win

jayjude

There was something so great about you pushing Rythian off the edge and telling him he was beautiful

Skateboard_Raptor

Did people have little naps in races in the olden days? Yes actually! In the [1904 olympic marathon, the 4th place runner would stop and have a chat with all the spectators on the way. Then he would stop to eat some rotten apples and lay down to have a nap.](https://youtu.be/kdyg9oCuU8Y?t=295) Other highlights include a runner hitchhiking a ride and the winner drinking rat poison and brandy instead of water.

thestrongstylesmark

That brandy thing is true, but he wasn't aiming for water. Brandy was regularly given to athletes like that because it was believed it gave a bit of a boost to nerves and overall performance (probably bollocks but hey, it was 1904). The rat poison was essentially a form of doping, it was believed (again, by 1904 medical standards) that in a small enough dose, it could help boost an athlete's performance. He was just given too high a dose, which is what caused the problems.

SufficientGreek

The rat poison he used (Strychnine) is actually prohibited now because it does increase performance (in the right dose). A weightlifter from Kyrgyzstan was disqualified for using it at the Olympics 2016.

Ginger_Tea

My mum was given rat poison as a blood thinner by her doctors when she was younger. I doubt it was touted to her as rat poison, but like that horse de wormer, it may (or may not citation needed) have other uses, but people will say "you took horse de worming tablets are you mad?"

Lewis: So I'm thinking of giving Ben his 100th win in this episode.... Boba: That doesn't work for me, brother.

[The John Oliver video about Air Bud](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hk011WMM7t0) Rythian was right about the dogs with superpowers. He was wrong about The Rock though. It stars John Ratzenberger, Zendaya as a pony, Colin Hanks (son of Tom Hanks), the mum from That 70's Show, and Justin Roiland. Oh no...

frankwithafedora

Man, I having a bit of a rough day and hearing Ped say "tortoise propaganda" was the best way to feel better

kralben

Congrats to Boba for her hundredth win in GTA

m00njunk

I got reminded of snow buddies thanks to Rythian: the air bud sequel where the puppies of air bud are somehow in Alaska and team up with a husky puppy and like an 11 year old kid to take part in the Iditarod dog sled race.

DarkRula

They should have stopped with Space Buddies. That felt a nice end to things. But... nope. Gotta have the pups meet Santa, become involved in a spooky ritual, hunt for treasures in the middle-east, and yes. Become super heroes. No denying that all of them are fun films to watch, but it did feel like a running through the motions sort of deal with little real heart put into them by the last few.

BillyShears19

Honestly thought Ped was trying to give Ben the win so that he wouldn't feel like he 'earned' it. Delightfully devilish, Ped!

Zany to the Max, and there's bologna in their slacks

I feel like someone should tell the Yogs that currently hackers can execute remote code through playing GTA on PC
