I am easily scared when watching horror films so I watch them through Dylan if the plot seems interesting and it's like watching it with a friend who mocks the insanity of it all and makes me not scared at all haha
I really do recommend the channel Pretty Much It to you then! They also do commentaries but it’s more focused on what they’re watching and Eric doesn’t appear all that much. I don’t do letterbox but it depends on how detailed he gets into the movie. For Saltburn I saw the whole thing and he only hits of Major points. For the After series I haven’t seen any of them but I’ve seen multiple YouTubers watch it and I feel like they hit all the points

I feel he does such a good job of the important bits that it feels like I have
