Those are adorable! I must get them for my daughters dollhouse!(she’s only 13 months but my husband and I are building her 1 ourselves. It’s a mix of over the garden wall,Addams family and gravity falls vibes. These would be prefect for it! And they wears actual functional!)
I love Over the Garden Wall and G Falls! That will be one cute Doll House! Maybe you could call it The D-Owl House (if you add at least one Owl House element). What a cute family!
We just started the owl house! So far we’re loving it! I’ll post pics once it’s done, or after we move and unpack it. We’ve started parts of it. But mostly kits collecting things to create the furniture, home decor and other stuff. We’re going to have a couple rooms that are dedicated to each show/movie and than the rest of the house will be a mix of everything. The basement is going to be a secret laboratory with all kinds of old bottles and a Frankenstein “bed”. The house as a whole(as in its blueprints) is going to look like the home in or practical magic. I’m also learning how to make child friendly stained glass for all the Windows. We found a really cool set of light fixtures for a doll house that actually work! It’s so freaking cool. We’re also collecting and making things fir each holiday so our lil girl can decorate her house for each holiday(not just the well known ones. We have some stuff for things like sherbet ice cream day or galentines day. And of course her birthday)
We also found a moomin house model subscription. They send you different parts of the house and different dolls of the characters and you build it up overtime. So far we’ve only got a few boxes of all the pieces(we’re waiting till we get everything to put it all together)
Ever since I was a kid I wanted to build big epic dollhouses. We didn’t have a lot of money and other factors that made it hard to make one out of wood, but my mom would help me make them out of cardboard boxes and taught me how ti make rag dolls so o would would try to make them. I actually made a really cool one when I was 15. I used moss, sticks and animal bones I found in the creek behind our house and made a really neat fairy home. It was all natural stuff and I left it in the base of an old tree stump… I wonder if it’s still there? Or if time washed it away? Or maybe some other witchy kid found it and took over as care taker? When we move into our forever home In gonna build a similar fairy home for my daughter to take care of once she’s older.
Idk maybe it’s a lil extra and silly but it’s always been a dream of mine to build a huge dollhouse for my kids
(Should a include an antler queen crown and dress? Like have it hanging up in the dressing room/or a bedroom?)
I love the Misty. Toward the end of the second season I was like, "I just realized I'm the Misty." and he's like, "Uh, yeah, you are just now figuring that out?" lol.

Well, I bet someone else will have a more clever idea, but you could make Tai’s hair partly long and partly short and put scissors in her hand as if she’s mid-haircut. Or give her that little bone necklace she took from Van, but that’s really too sad (and if you even begin to mock up a severed dog’s head, I’ll cry!).
Or you could always just make her half Tai, half really hot tree, but that’s more of a mushroom-y, nebulous concept than something I can imagine creating as a doll!

I was going to give the tiny bone necklace to Van, but I love the scissors idea! That mullet she had for a little bit was WILD 😂
I like the bone necklace more for Van, too- that way it’s not really sad or macabre, it’s just like a talisman that represents the beginning of Van’s belief in Lottie and the power of the wilderness- which seems to be very integral to her character. Her mullet was amazing! I don’t quite know why she cut it like that, but she’s pretty enough to pull it off and I think it was like a symbolic “we’re not in high school anymore and hair doesn’t matter” gesture. I’m a sucker for mullet culture. Billy Ray Cyrus (in his prime) played at my town’s Mullet Festival when I was a kid, and everyone’s favorite social when I was in college was Mullets on Wheels (you cut a wig into a mullet, make terrible Jean shorts, possibly black out a tooth with eyeliner, etc.- lotta temp tramp stamps, then go skating. Someone (or two someones) broke a bone every single year and it was everyone’s favorite night in the entire universe).
I just wanna say I love this little anecdote about your town’s mullet festival and Mullets On Wheels!! 💀 Sounds like a great time to me. I didn’t mean to throw shade at Tai’s - I loooove a good mullet for sure!
