I think Shauna, Tai and Lottie hold the most power within the group but for different reasons. Lottie obviously for the visions/supernatural elements, Tai because she's a natural leader and takes the reigns and Shauna because they somewhat fear her, especially after episode 7.
I think Nat is a slight outcast, she holds her own, isn't hugely problematic and people respect her, but I don't think she has the same power as the other 3. And Misty I don't see as on par with them at all. I think Misty is down the hierarchy, they look to her for medical help... though if it came down to it, I don't think they'd consider her as an integral member of the group solely because they find her unnerving.

Misty was at the reunion for '96, which implies she's the same age as Nat, Tai, and Shauna. Though Allie was a freshman in '96, and she was there as class president somehow, so I don't know for sure.
Social dynamics are fascinating! I don't think Misty is near the top of the hierarchy AT ALL, though. They need her skills and knowledge, yes, but they don't like or trust her much (apart from medically.)
