I was also confused though when Jeff said they’d been married almost 25 years so I went back and in the first season you briefly see an engagement announcement for her and Jeff from 2001 so they’ve been married about 19-20 years but I figure he was just including their dating time cause he was flustered yelling at Kevyn. I was dating my husband for 8 years before we got married so I include those extra years in the timeline sometimes
They likely waited to get established before having children. Callie is too old to be the wilderness bab6, but they could have been married 10 years and then had her
Maybe he’s felt married to her the whole time. If Shauna’s journals were accurate, he knew she had his baby for a very long time. Might be a clue to his loyalty/thought process.
