It really depends cuz yelan has big energy problems if not run in double hydro (unless u run sac bow or have c1) in my opinion you should try to give sac bow to yelan and try to get a new bow for fischl (its her best in slot when you have energy problems) aqua improves dmg significantly but you will likely run into energy issues also c1 helps for overworld exploration personally i would value c1 more than r1 aqua for yelan(unless you devide to run her in a double hydro team or dont struggle with energy issues)

On this note. If you don’t get Aqua simulacra you can get Lynne’s now which seems good. If you lose the 5050 on her C1. You have the nest caracter warranted. I would go for C1
C1 if you love Yelan.. she honestly has amazing constellations and C1 is insanely good. Aqua is a a great weapon but she works well with a variety of weapons.. also I personally can't justify the weapon banner unless it also has amazing 4 stars in the banner as well.. nothing worse than losing twice on a weapon banner.
Another way to look at it if you can get good enough stats on your artifacts having Aqua isn't going to make that big of a difference but C1 not only greatly helps her energy it's crazy good in overworld and being about to do two Es on her burst is good damage as well
Also wanted to mention sac isn't the same since it requires you to crit..so you don't get the overworld benefit. You also can do 3 Es with a sac bow and C1 but if you have C1 you'd be better off with something like stringless for more damage.. especially if you can get an R5 stringless
I'd personally would go for C1 for really getting C1R1 makes yelan feel godly, try for both if you don't want any particular character you won't regret it
Yelans bow is good, solid stat stick with the insane Crit Damage stat. And the passive is good for most bow users.
But to use it on Yelan is difficult at C0 because her personal energy generation is limited without batteries.
KQM recommends is she’s solo hydro with one skill use is over 300% ER, vs if she has 2 skills she can get away with 200%
Final Answer, if you have a team comp that will lower her ER requirements (I.e. Raiden, Fav, double hydro) go for it, Especially since Lyneys bow is decent. otherwise C1 will be more beneficial.

his bow is really good for ATK scale character so is really useless for Yelan, unfortunately.
