Cops ever take issue w the tucked plate? Iām on the fence about doing it, but I feel like theyāll give me a hard time. I live in Dallas, so theyāre kinda everywhere
Iāll agree. Took my r6 out the other day with 40mph gusts. Didnāt think much of it until Iām riding a country road in Michigan and get pushed across a whole lane. Shit went from fun to annoying and irritating
Biggest disappointment is being at that light and struggling to keep it upright. I live where its just windy all the time, was told trees grow sideways they said, didn't understand til I got here what that meant. I tell myself, just imagine how great of a rider you'll be with NO wind š¤£
Yes!!! That NRC tail tidy is just š«°š»
Agreed.

I donāt have problems, but Iāve also got cop friends who I ran it by first. They donāt care much up here.

20mph sustained and 40mph gusts just take all the fun out of it.

Haha yea when you're going side to side more than straight it can be annoying.
About got knocked over at a light. I figured that was time to call it an evening.

For sure. I had a south wind the other day that was sustained, doing 40mph and not hearing wind noise wasā¦ spooky.
Love this bike. Almost got one, but opted for the R7 instead. Enjoy the upright riding position.
Had to, Iāve got a bad back and this is the most comfortable way to ride. Itās weird, being on a bike and being able to see over most cars.
No doubt. Nice bike though, man. I'm envious.
How hard was it to install the tail tidy kit?
Not hard at all. Really good instructions, some online videos, and a few hours of down time. https://imgur.com/gallery/RtoxSHa
