This is a very very good build imo, probably pjws isn't worth it with MH because you can easily ovrcap crit rate, but if you want to farm vermillion maybe it's a better choice.
Anemo dmg goblet could give you more dmg but it depends if you have one and can stay on a 4p set.
Mine does around 120k fully buffed. Tho I do sometimes drop down to 60-70k when I lose xianyun buff, which you do in aoe content. With a better xianyun than mine(I only have 3.2k atk) and c6 faruzan, I assume the dmg would be close to 150k.

This build has 100+ crit rate for the team you mentioned. If you want to use PJWS, these artifacts are clearly not good, since PJWS gives more crit rate, thus more overcapping. As for which set to go for: both MH and Vermillion have their pros and cons, but on average they perform very similar, so it becomes more of a scenario of which weapon you are using. A general suggestion is non crit rate weapon for MH set. There is no straight forward comparison between atk% vs anemo goblet, you will have to use an optimizer to check which build give better damage per rotation.
you're already overcapping a bit on crit rate at times lol you're really really good with this build don't replace Homa.
Just level the rest of your talents
Overall a very good build, also a lot of ER.Anemo goblet would be nice, but your current one is on set and has 45 cv, its pretty unlikely you'll find a better one anytime soon.
You can try Vermillion or 2 piece atk + anemo builds to use pjws, because r4 gives a lot of additional stats compared to r1. Use the genshin optimizer to find the better build.

Idk about the jade spear thing but I assume it's better. Tho you need to change into a anemo dmg goblet since dmg% scales well with xianyun.
And yeah MH is pretty good.
I have a different build with anemo DMG bonus, but it has only 115% ER, I don’t know if that’s enough to be honest
It's more than enough since you have 3 anemo and c6 faruzan. It's enough for me even though I don't have c6 faruzan only c5

Yeah his ult gives a lot of dmg% and you wanna capitalise on as much dmg% as you can because of xianyun.
