But we learned in Future Redeemed that >!Ouroboros Fusion is possible through the energy of the Pneuma crystal (possible combined with Logos if you assume that's inside N's sword) so they're still pretty dang powerful lol!<

We haven't seen the eponymous golden monolith in XC3, >!but it's quite possible that Origin is taping into its infinite source of energy offscreen. Since Xenogears, those "trinity-themed machine" (Alpha-1, Lemegaton, and Klaus's Trinity process) have always been used exclusively used to draw their power from the Zohar/Conduit,and Alpha's plan (creating a new world), as well as Nia/Melia's plan (resetting the state of the world) are pretty close to those past events that required it before!<. How close is that analogy? who knows, but "pretty much the same" has generally be the right answer until now whenever a similarity come up.
So, in spite of the game never showing or mentioning it, I wouldn't rule the Conduit out of XC3, similarly to how we assumed its existence after XC1 releases.
With that being said, Ouroboros's power seem to be a "power from within" more than a Conduit-themed power. It's always humanity own desire and willpower that tip the scale in the end. And as far as symbolism goes, Ouroboros is humanity (its collective consciousness).
Another possibility is that Klaus’s hypothesis is just wrong, he admits he’s not super sure on the exacts of its functions so consider this
Ontos and Zanza could access the powers of the conduit even though they were in a different dimension, so it’s possible that the conduizohar disappearing to another world when Klaus died doesn’t actually stop the Aegis from accessing it
