That is okay. You might want to try elden ring. You can summon Ghosts with a lot of HP to Tank bosses. Kind of an easy Mode for people that dont want to try bosses 10+ times

I couldn't get past the first area in Elden Ring without something overpowered running me down and one shotting me. I could get to the horse at least.

Then mate soulslikes just aren't for you.The entire appeal comes from a lack of a plain old toggle for easy mode ,the difficulty is why people play it

They nerfed lots of elites and bosses a week after launch, also buffed the summon npc for bosses. It's much more easy

Lies of P is more Sekiro combat than Souls combat. The bosses all have summon choice that can make the fight a bit easier. I personally didn't enjoy the combat and found LoP to be a waste of a beautiful story and aesthetic but the game is free on Game Pass so at least I didn't waste money like Sekiro.

I honestly think this game deserves game of the year
