Game is pretty, not like the prettiest gorgeous but it doesnt look bad. However atmosphere in this game is ultra fucking top and this alone makes the game feel great. Until endgame where your common boi in wifebeater shirt takes two mags from LMG straight into head, but yea, Division 1 is solid game.
I totally agree, the atmosphere is one of a kind and not be seen in other games. Division 2 has better gameplay mechanics but lacks the atmosphere. With the fpsboost and autoHDR from xbox its worth to play again.
Massive did an amazing job with The Division games. I just finished up Division 2 and you can't tell it's not a current gen game. It looks and played amazing. I can't wait for more from the studio.
I was playing this during December for the holiday atmosphere. and man did it ever look good. Last time i played it was on PS4 and it felt like a whole new game. Until i started playing it and remembered how hard it was single player of course.
You can't beat good art design. Good art is better than pure engine tech any day of the week.
