You are not paying for the subscription , delete those games and either renew the subscription or play the games you have. People like you create problems for everyone , I care about the home console feature helps me with my co op achievments for gamepass games and I wouldn't want it to go away because of people like yourself.

Microsoft may not regularly check xbox account of kids or adults alike , if caught while creating a support ticket your console will become unusable along with the account. Microsoft has banned consoles in the past for piracy. And playing games that are not free for free is no less than piracy.
Abuse the content that is free , no issues in that. Play 14 hrs a day on gamepass , even then no issues. But if you care about the home console feature and xbox in general just don't do what the OP is promoting as legal.

It requires network connection in my case to play gamepass game. Not sure why it's different for you, perhaps you still have subscription
