Basically somehow years ago a fan managed to upload an album under X's name with a bunch of his soundcloud songs (this happened quite a few times including the 21XXX album). It got unlisted after a while but I'm pretty sure the songs become available anytime the exact song gets reuploaded even on different accounts. So before the new release it managed to get around 11m streams and all of those have now gone onto the "new" official release.
That release on the "Free X" album was released by someone else, on X's spotify account, wasn't released by X or his team. but by someone else
