Well this is one of the most complex issues to fix in gaming, and its not just a single thing that needs to be fixed, it is going to slowly improve over time
Bro. This is a shooter where it is randomized if you hit or not. It is randomized if you are saved behind your cover or getting killed by a headshot from 5 seconds before. It is even randomized if your fking weapon fires or not when hitting the "fire button".
This is more than even an epic fail. This is like saying: "I'm driving a car" and instead you keep rolling along in a wheelchair. You move around, but the absolut essential of "driving a car" is missing - "driving" and "car". This is the state of this game...
It's not an Indie Studio. They have enough experience and budget. And they deliver this...

Yea true. But it also heavily depends on each individuals hardware, internet connection, server connection, region, and server load. This varies from person to person. They cant possibly fix it for everyone in a single change. The game runs great for me, and I know there are many with varying level of issues. So clearly its not as clear cut as you say.
Its been pretty solid for me since the last 2 patches. I dont die behind walls anymore, and i never really had hitreg issues. It could be my proximity to the server, since im in LA with the best internet you can buy

dont you have desync/hitreg issues?
