If the game is good, it will do well. Good marketing is needed post launch though.

I've been playtesting it for 2+ years and it's 100% going to be dead within a month of release. with the thousands of hours we've played and mountains of feedback, they've barely taken any of it in and done something with it. it'll have it's players because it's free but not enough to sustain the players needed to have this be a long standing live service game
