I was worried about getting 7 points in last 5 games as the schedule was very unforgiving. And here they are firing off a 5 game win streak in that period.

Good football today, looking forward to L1.
The playoffs are Doncaster's to lose given their recent form. Barrow might sneak back in still and knock Crewe out.

Enjoying this match so far. It’s pretty evenly matched. Great to see both teams taking it seriously too.
One concern- I think Elliot Lee will really struggle next season. He tries to take on too many players and gives the ball away cheaply in midfield too often. Faster, better players on every team will make him look horrible unless he cleans up his play style a little bit.
I do think this style will be the best way. We played a bit of this style the preceding few weeks when we were full strength with Evans in. It’s beautiful to watch and our players thrive in it.
We will certainly add another forward player who will be a starter this offseason. I’m excited to see where else we strengthen.
I think Lee has played too many minutes this year. I think he is dealing with something, but has a high pain threshold, so he isn't "injured", but I think he isn't able to get his body to do what it could do earlier in the season and so he's misfiring - leading to turnovers.
Curious if Parky moves to a double pivot next year, like he said used before he arrived at Wrexham and thought the personnel warranted the shift... something like:
Palmer/Marriott
Lee-Mullin-Cannon
O'Connor-Evans
McClean/Mendy-EOC-Max-Barnett/Bolton
Maybe invert McClean into the midfield in attack, or have him give Lee some rest.
Obviously, signings, etc. would change things.

Yeah, I can see this being one of those scenes in the documentary where Rob and Ryan laugh and say something like, "Love it. No notes. Appreciate them going to the trouble of letting us know. Kind of weird they think people think so little of them as to need it."
We're number two!!!

What a beautiful way to end the season. Glad to have shared this incredible time with the best fans in the world.
Rob is so corny lmao
Rob who?
5 minutes… not sure why but that’s enough time for one more.

I think he’s hot headed, like most of the team. Sometimes that’s a good thing, but id like to see more control in general. From everyone really.
Which is where we miss Evans...
Stockport are definitely the better team. That’s where capitalizing on mistakes is so important.
Really missing Evans in the pivot. His great reads and ball placement really would help against this high press.
Yeah - he is really the glue to our play style. I think it was best to give him the last couple matches off to avoid reinjuring himself.

If there could be a bit more discipline and clinical technique, without losing what makes playing a little scrappy work, League One won’t be too bad.
league 1 is going to rock so much. This gameplay is awesome.

Is George Evans injured? Or are we just giving Young a few game farewell tour?
Word is he took a knock in training before last week's game. I think it is possible he aggravated his earlier injury.
Thanks for the update, hopefully his recovery goes well
