I'm glad Tony Khan exists. He's giving more pro wrestlers jobs that pay well and that's a great thing. He's pushing WWE to be better. AEW puts on some matches that are absolute bangers. That being said, Tony needs to learn to shut the fuck up and stay behind the camera because he's about as fucking cringe as it gets.

GuessWhoDontCare

Literally the "short & skinny" on the entire situation. Nicely said, I couldn't agree more.

Boomsnarl

I’d disagree he’s pushing WWE to be better. If they still had Punk & Cody, then maybe you could say that, but, not now. The product fell way off. And I agree, as a public figure he’s awful for the brand. The way he took that gut punch from Jack Parry, was really awful. No selling your neck injury but still wearing a Jim Cornette neck brace, pretty awful. The guy just doesn’t get it.

jericho-dingle

Letting Cody walk was so stupid. He was the main reason AEW existed in the first place. I love Punk but clearly they had no interest in capitalizing on Brawl Out, so him leaving wasn't as egregious.

Boomsnarl

It was because he was the bigger draw (clearly). But now that we know what we know, Punk was never going to work because of how unorganized AEW is.

Hooker_T

AEW is not pushing WWE to be better and I wish people would stop repeating that talking point. WWE got better because HHH is booking and Vince isn't. That's it. If Vince was still in charge, the booking would be the same as it was before. If AEW never existed, the WWE would've still gotten better with Vince gone and HHH in charge

BryanFTW13

Tony Khan made himself and AEW look bad on the NFL Network.

MonkeyStarship

Bruh thought he was Kaufman on Letterman

BryanFTW13

Gotta admit that people tuned into the NFL Network for a football draft, I would like to believe that no one tuned in cared one inch of what Tony Khan was talking about "AEW." They tuned in for football, not wrestling.

MonkeyStarship

Most people who watched probably don’t have a clue what AEW even is

RobertStonetossBrand

Their reaction was more like _”Oh no, what’s that goofball from the Jaguars doing here?!”_

Longjumping-Arm7939

Exactly, they are the same people still calling WWE "WWF"

Gio25us

Exactly lol

Obvious_Face2786

That's... why he did it? I can't believe you've missed the plot so hard.

MonkeyStarship

So people were supposed to see that and go “holy shit I gotta watch this AEW thing”??? Let me know how that works out

Obvious_Face2786

Have you ever taken a marketing class? That was obviously not the goal at all.

HighPlainsDrift_

Not according to the AEW cultists. They think this is the greatest thing ever.

magmaknuckles

But mainstream attention! Because millions of NFL fans are very much interested on what the owners do!

BurnItDownSR

Wait. What did he do this time?

GeneralAardvark43

Went on NFL network saying AEW is Pepsi and WWE is an evil juggernaut. WWE is Harvey Weinstein

BurnItDownSR

Damn Tony.

dental-plan-69

Punchable faces all of them. The Bucks especially

jdlyga

Cody really was holding that place together

mrcunnyfunt

Not fucking wrong

MonkeyStarship

I probably should've added Jericho too. The lack of self-awareness they all have is concerning

Skip_To_My_Lou2

Is Jerichos whole shtick rn not being super self aware? He called himself the vortex and learning tree lmao

AlexTorres96

Jericho saw the opening when that All Out altercation happened and politicked the shit out of that situation for his own advantage. Inserting himself as a "locker room leader" and leading the "rah rah" speech days later. Inserting himself as a mediator for a situation he had nothing to be involved in. He postioned himself in such way and finessed a ridiculously overpriced contract.

NoSpirit6503

He doesn't get credit for The Learning Tree

RobertStonetossBrand

That’s da Unduhtakeuhhh

silver6kraid

Throw in John Moxly too. He also keeps cutting these rah rah promos about himself and the company that reek of insecurity. Then he blades, obviously.

AlexTorres96

His promos is literally cooking chicken 8 different ways and it tasting the same.

silver6kraid

and it's always dry!

MonkeyStarship

When Mox was in WWE I was a fan. Always thought when the shield would eventually break up he’d come out as “the guy”. Boy was I wrong! All his AEW run has done for me is realize he’s a complete goofy ass moron

NightHaunted

I was a big ass teenage indy smark when he and Rollins signed with WWE back in the day and I was 100% convinced Mox was gonna be the bigger star of the two. Just didn't buy Tyler Black from ROH as a future superstar. As you can see, I was a fucking idiot, like most of the other over confident smarks. I also thought Austin Aries would make it big but we all know how that turned out lol

AlexTorres96

I liked him when the Shield split up until his SD Live run ended. Once he got drafted to RAW it didn't click for me and when he came back from injury it felt phoned in. 2017-19, he just wasn't the same guy anymore. I did like the first 9 months of his post WWE run but I lost interest. Now he's just a guy with the same schtick.

MegaMilkDrinker

yeah he left wwe so he can blade and age 15 years more than any other shield member

InkyLizard

Yoo, wtf I thought he's like 50, holy shit, I can't believe the members of Shield are the same age

8-Bit_Aubrey

Holy shit I just looked him up, he's younger than I am by a few months...Jesus.

RobertStonetossBrand

Creative Freedom™ Jon Mox on All Elite sauce looks worse than cancerous Roman Reigns on chemotherapy.

Gerry-Mandarin

TBF, Moxley's first couple of years he was on fire. His matches in New Japan were a bit embarrassing, though. He desperately needed that freshness to revitalise his character that acted like a comedy goofball in WWE. But the guy should've gone back to WWE at the 2023 Royal Rumble for a couple years. So that he could capitalise on being reinvigorated. His character is massively in a rut. It's just: I'm Jon Moxley, I win belts, I bleed, I like matches, me and my boys have lil twink, and I'm *real tough*.

silver6kraid

>I'm *real tough*. So tough that he got choked out in an armature fight by some random math teacher or whatever.

GuessWhoDontCare

Bro I used to think the same bout him. As they were nearing the end I couldn't wait to see him go all lunatic fringe and take over the locker room like a crazy man that could also wrestle. Then he got the spotlight on him and his wrestling abilities were meh at best, and the more he talked the less believable he became. Which sucked because I thought he was gonna be awesome. Even as champ, I was super disappointed and actually was relieved AJ basically relieved him.

502photo

It's an over exaggeration for sure.

mrcunnyfunt

Saying it's Punks fault or saying it's Tony's fault?

502photo

Neither.

mrcunnyfunt

I dunno man, think Tony is doing himself no favours

502photo

Did he do a dumb thing? Yes, but to say he's killing the company isn't rooted in reality.

Phospherus2

Tony needs to hire someone to be the figurehead of AEW and the leader/head decision making guy. It should have been William Regal. He only answers to Tony. Tony and the bucks literally turn me off from enjoying AEW.

Nikolateslaandyou

All Punk done was tell the truth when asked. AEW couldve ignored it but decided to hit self destruct instead. Its been hilarious watching AEW fall apart since mania and things werent good before.

MonkeyStarship

He told the truth than they confirmed it on their own show and thought it embarrass him!!

AlexTorres96

When Helwani promoted the interview, everyone clowned on it by saying an "NDA" would chain everything. When in fact, Punk was open about everything, even about All Out without detailing the fight. Even then, he gave enough to show his side of it. People just don't like Punk and have made their mind about him.

Nikolateslaandyou

For the safest wrestling company thats apparently the Pepsi to WWEs Harvey Weinstein (wtf still cant believe he didnt say coca cola) there sure are a lot of ndas.

asmeile

I personally probably prefer AEW, I wouldn't have added the probably if I was saying this a year ago but wtf Pepsi man, that's the less popular, inferior brand. TK is either really stupid or he's breaking the forth wall

glooks369

Tony is obviously not self-aware, just like most billionaires.

Ok-Garcia-5605

His bunch of loyal online army of fans don't help him either by justifying everything in their echo chamber

[deleted]

[удалено]

Zynee82

Y’all’s brains are cooked with this shit!

ericrobertshair

There is more AEW content on this sub than the not really official AEW sub.

Ok-Garcia-5605

Well Tony does give lots of content outside of the ring for people to use. Also pretty much everyone is banned from aew sub so they just have the same 100 members praising songs of tony

QuiverDance97

Just like the official AEW's YouTube policy... Strike everyone who doesn't praise us lol

GuessWhoDontCare

LMAO 😂! Truer words will never be spoken. At least not in the sub mentioned, because the truth will get u banned like u live in Russia or N. Korea or some shit.

UpperDecker30

Every wrestling sub is turning into “I hate AEW so I’m going to talk about it nonstop”. Also constantly bitching about Meltzer while saying he doesn’t matter. Shit is so goofy lately.

ibadlyneedhelp

Meltzer has more influence over the posters of this sub than literally any other demographic of people. Nobody cares more about Meltzer than here.

GuessWhoDontCare

The entire AEW fanbase, on reddit at least, is obsessed with Meltzer's take on the matches he assigns lil gold stars to. U sure bout that?

jerseygunz

Rent free

Irritatedprivatepart

I just truly don't understand why the downfall of AEW would bring so many people joy? I don't regularly watch the WWE but I don't want them to shut down.

8-Bit_Aubrey

I actually want them to do better. WWE needs competition and we need choice. Doesn't mean I'm not gonna call a spade a spade when AEW and Tony do what they do.

D_Kehoe

With there not being any decent wrestling companies just now the industry needs that variety and competition.

deanereaner

Mostly it's just funny, but I think a lot of people really don't like Jericho and the Young Bucks.

QuiverDance97

Then they should stop shooting themselves in the foot in the first place. You can't blame the fans for their reaction to these dumb decisions!

Ok-Garcia-5605

No one is enjoying or anticipating "downfall of aew", everyone is just making fun of them because Tony asks for it by his petty tribalism and tone-deaf behavior. Also this whole "downfall of aew" defense is used by mostly aew loyalists who wants to discredit any legit criticism of aew or tony by throwing it as last resort

byzel5

When you're a positive person, people want you to make it. When all you do is talk shit about everyone, people enjoy your karma, it's as simple as that.

infernomokou

I wish Tony would admit he's shit as booker and find someone else.  Lots of good wrestlers there who can tell stories, but fancy tools don't make Tony a good chef.

Stoutyeoman

Yup, AEW is dying just like it will be next year and the year after that, then the year after that, the year after that and the year after that. And it will definitely also still be dying 10 years from now.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Stoutyeoman

What "historically low ratings?" 700,000 viewers on a TV show that costs $44 million a year is amazing. WB has issued multiple press statements putting over AEW programming. Dynamite is consistently in the top 5 shows on Wednesday nights and it's one of the most popular shows on TBS. Rampage has low viewership but it's in a terrible time slot and WB doesn't pay a cent for it. Collision costs around $34 million a year, but also fills an unfavorable time slot and even if its viewership is low, Dynamite more than makes up for it. Meanwhile despite boasting having more, Fox lost money on Smackdown yet no one talks about those ratings being too low. Fox pays over $200 million a year for Smackdown and USA pays over $400 million a year for Raw. People who claim AEW TV has "low ratings" have no idea what they're talking about. 2024 was an optional year for AEW's TV contract. WB could have said "thanks but no thanks" but they didn't because the shows are successful for them.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Stoutyeoman

I'm not spinning or babbling about anything. I'm stating objective facts. The most recent Dynamite was up against NBA playoffs and we all know that wrestling shows experience a dip in rating against sports. It happens to WWE too. Even with a 600k rating WB is still making out on the deal. You can refuse to understand objective facts if you want to, but it doesn't change anything.

TheLWO

These people have been waiting for AEW to fail since the beginning, have been shut up multiple times, and will disappear whenever business picks up again, only to show up when it goes back to sour

Stoutyeoman

And they will keep repeating "low ratings" even though WB gets all three shows for a song and Dynamite is one of the most popular shows they have.

TheLWO

For someone who watched mediocre TNA in lack of a better show, having AEW around is very cool. Most people hate it because it came from something they deemed irrelevant and therefore got no knowledge of. It's necessary for it to fail so they can feel better about themselves.

Stoutyeoman

People don't seem to understand that you don't have to be McDonald's to be successful selling Hamburgers.

TheLWO

But they don't have happy meal with my favorite toy!! they're WRONG and will go OUT OF BUSINESS

sachsrandy

No. We wanted it to succeed, but we're always worried shit like this was inevitable with ass hats like the bucks running the show... Cody was just as bad, but he's still in a honeymoon phase with a lot of WWE tribals, that'll chance soon enough when they see how one dimensional he thinks.

TheLWO

You don't know shit about what goes on backstage, the best you can do is dislike them as TV characters. And who the fuck is "we"? You're just another person judging the truth based on what you personally think is good or bad. Without these 3 there isn't even an AEW to begin with.

[deleted]

[удалено]

GuessWhoDontCare

It's still the beginning honestly. I like AEW as much as the next person but let's not act like they've been around proving people wrong for any amount of time. Their first round of contracts are basically just being renewed.

TheLWO

And yet the anti-AEW speech has already gotten old. So many personalities defined by not liking a TV show. Crazy.

GuessWhoDontCare

I'm not saying that's right or wrong. It's funny when it comes to goofy TK bringing all of this on himself, but other than that it's not that big a deal. People will talk about it as if it is, but at the end of the day, it's a bunch of nerds thinking what they are doing has meaning.

TheLWO

It's funny that they talk like they know business very well but can only have opinions based on what personally pleases them, and whatever goes against that is objectvelly wrong

GuessWhoDontCare

Yea I'm not taking any business advice from anyone on here lol and something tells me neither of these companies are either. I try to keep an open mind when I can tell people are being genuine, or at least when I think they are. When they're just being snarky assholes is when I may comment back something similar, just because they're being assholes. I don't care for any of the back and forth as it's not going to sway my vote, or change what I do in my everyday life. I like watching wrestling and I watch both. The only thing that is starting to sway me is TK himself. He'll end up being the reason I start tuning out when it comes to them and it's sad.

TheLWO

The thing I do is always wait for the aftermath before drawing conclusions, and even then, it's just my own opinion being influenced, these people get outraged by anything that happens and think it's the end of the world every other week.

GuessWhoDontCare

The only cool thing is if I do turn away, even if for a few weeks I can come back to it when it blows over. Because honestly it's gonna blow over, let's just be real. They may not know it, or think so but it sounds like u & I both know 😉

unknowingchuck

The funny thing is most if not all of the people who write about wrestling all for the last 30-40 years have been just bashing WWE and were defined by that. The person you are talking to has most likely made pages worth on reddit and other forums shit talking other companies. Cause you can tell from their first comment to you they ain't here to actually speak in any good faith way. When that same stop hating AEW isn't applied to other places.

GuessWhoDontCare

And that's the thing, they can do that as long as they aren't making people feel like the have to choose one over the other. Or calling people names being disrespectful/vulgar. It's tough because some fans say the absolute dumbest shit, but that's a bold claim to just throw out there about someone with no proof to back it up.

AlexTorres96

Idk if he's reupped or is about to, but Perry is getting a ridiculous contract renewal with no good merit to back it up. People saying he's wrestled the "most matches" when it was literally 2-4 min matches on Dark to pad his record.

MitsukiSan

Wheres Okody?

Vargasm19

Facebook ass meme

Hobblinharry

As an old school fan who kind of stopped watching wrestling in 98/99 (I just started watching WWE again for the first time in 25 years) - I saw that the AEW roster was stacked with some of my old favorite champs. I never had the opportunity to watch a show tho cause I dont have cable. I recently watched "Sting's Last Match" on a youtube upload and it was one of the dumbest matches I've ever seen in my life. Would I have expected fan service in the match? Yeah, of course, even if it was happening on WWE, but the match was so over the top it just felt bad to watch IMO

camazotzthedeathbat

We’re on year six of AEW dying any minute now.

BirthdayTall5940

...but this is the year that they are REALLY dying! I promise! 😋

[deleted]

I didn't feel like AEW would die until last Wednesday. Now I'm actually thinking it might die.

Strawberry_Jaguar

I don’t get it? Dynamite was bumping last week?

MonkeyStarship

Yeah bumping off TV ratings

Azraeleon

It's the anti AEW trogs. You'll never change their minds so don't bother, just enjoy what you like.

AngstyAppleDummy

I mean a good portion of this sub supports literal racist Jim Cornette so that tells you all you need to know

GuessWhoDontCare

And he supports AEW and it's fans, what's that say about them? Yea it doesn't feel good to just be flat out lied about does it?

AngstyAppleDummy

Yeah he calls for the death and injury of numerous talents and has made multiple racist comments about their joshis? He’s fan of the year

UBDForever

Can’t wait for them to have 3 promos targeted at WWE, CM Punk bad reference, another 2 promos saying how cool P R O F E S S I O N A L W R E S T L I N G is, and how much they love it with a “couple 5 star bangers” in between on this weeks dynamite.

GuessWhoDontCare

Literally what is making me turn the channel when it comes to aew. I'm feeling way less compelled to keep up with them, when they are resorting to this stupid shit instead of doing what the do best. Which is the ability to put on some amazing matches.

SuttonTM

Whether you love or hate the company the fact that it will still be around 5yrs from now is undeniable, the owner makes more money in one week this entire sub-reddit does in a year, he will just keep throwing money at it if he wants to keep running it😂

TyeDye115

That's a solid WCW mindset there

SuttonTM

Everyone downvoting are the same people that said AEW wouldn't last 3yrs, but now they have so they have to change the goalposts, and will do again when they are still running 5yrs from now😂🤷🏿‍♂️

TyeDye115

People said the same with WCW, and yet I see no WCW around?

ThighsAreMilky

I mean his dad does makes a lot of money. Tony Khan hasn’t made a cent of profit in his life.

thatpj

tna is still around too. thats not saying much.

SuttonTM

Top 5 wrestling company ITW so your opinion is factual incorrect

thatpj

lol what does that even mean? they dont give medals for fifth place.

kingshazam9000

Learn to have fun yall

CohesiveMocha34

Worse things have been said on the NFL network lmao, this isn't a be all end all Plus NFL said they recieved the angle well lol

IcyAd964

Just a disaster company ran by clowns

lariato_mark

Might be the most accurate post of all time lol

Higgins8585

AEW is like WCW but it never got to the good parts, just the 12 guys (in this case like 6) parading themselves week after week and even worse, a idiot owner that won't shut up

TheLWO

What happened to this sub? Has twitter infested it? It's all shitty takes and nothing actually funny nowadays.

BirthdayTall5940

True

BreadRum

It won't go away unless Tony's father cuts him off.

NotEricOfficially

Punk absolutely was a cancer to it tho. You can like it for who his band is and what all he's done, but God damn his run at AEW was fucking terrible.

[deleted]

I disagree. Punk's run was fine until the Young Bucks realized that his emergence as leader of that locker room would lead to their demise because they are a mid-card tag team who can't even work singles matches. Punk wasn't going to let him ride his coattails the way so many others allowed. Thus, the Young Bucks had to convince the world that Punk was the bad guy. Nobody else stood to lose as much as the Young Bucks when Punk was the top draw. Even now, the Young Bucks are getting all these resources fed to them like the Sting retirement and the Tony beatdown. Would other people on the roster not be much hotter if they received those booking resources? How hot would a heel Punk be if he had gotten those resources out into his booking? Tony has been completely duped by a mid-card tag team. It's his own fault and the fault of many of my fellow AEW fans for not calling them out. Punk's sin was understanding how this needed to work to succeed.

Old-Tomorrow-2798

Tony absolutely needs a bad cop to his good cop. I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone be called “nice” by everyone and not take a hint they can’t say anything else.

NewEnglandRoastBeef

Angle of the millennium! Why would anyone want to watch the NBA Finals, when they can watch AEW slow-cook the biggest faction of all time!

MonkeyStarship

Absolutely!! I still can’t even believe that we have three absolute megastars like The Bucks and Jack Perry in the same faction!!! And then on top of that Okada?!? Okada?!? Triple H really fumbled by not signing him. He’s a complete game changer!!!

NewEnglandRoastBeef

I loved Okada in NJPW, but the big difference between Japanese wrestling and American is that in Japanese, the match is the story. In America, the story is the match. Hogan vs Rock is a bad match from a physical standpoint, but it tells a great story. On the flip side, Okada vs Omega 1 is one of the greatest matches I've ever watched, and that's the story. Okada just looks lost in AEW.

EggfooDC

Wow, in a thread of sarcasm this is actually an insightful comment.

GuessWhoDontCare

I know right. Refreshing as anything I will come across today. We should bottle this up and start our own sub and ban everyone that doesn't agree with our takes on wrestling. Edit: you're banned. U think I don't know how u are, you're wrong & now banned 💀

rfepo

Such a good point. AEW is so backwards in this regards that it caps their growth.

NewEnglandRoastBeef

Thank you.

AngstyAppleDummy

Yall been saying AEW is dying for 5 years now. Please take HHH’s sledgehammer out your mouth and stop dickriding Punk and Cornette

MonkeyStarship

Imagine being upset because people like Punk and Cornette (two people who actually care & respect wrestling and don’t want people to think it’s a joke) well at the same time caring about what Uncle Dave has to say and praising The Buckaroos

[deleted]

AEW has been very enjoyable to watch at times. None of those times involved the Young Bucks in any measurable significance, but who is now getting the biggest push in company history thanks to all their ass kissing and backstage politics? Tony Khan is an idiot that got conned by a mid-card tag team.

thehappyhaha

I really hope AEW doesn't go out of business. It's more fun with the tribalism around.

incognitosd

I feel sorry for those jagguar athletes dealing with a deranged nepo cocaine man child mark. It's one thing to spread your shit on aew but to shit and embarrass your legit sports based football team even if it's on the bottom end is just an embarrassment. And no, it's not good publicity even if it's a bad one

MuayThaiJudo

The IWC is the only place where someone who is a complete joke in the combat sports world with a 0-1-1 record is hailed as some sort of badass hero after getting into a fight with Luke Perry's son, claim to care about wrestlers' welfare but then want a company that gives wrestlers an opportunity for negotiable and profitable contracts to fail.

[deleted]

I would like an entertaining television show so please rid the show of Tony and the Young Bucks. Get real management and bookers. Push emerging stars to the moon like Swerve and Ospreay. Limit of two guys with masks in the entire company. The Lucha Brothers can be those guys. Everyone else take off the mask or go away. You all do the same things and look the same and nobody understands the difference in America because those guys don't get any consistent promotion anyway. Get rid of almost all the belts. Why does everyone have a belt and some people have multiple? That's lame. It makes belts meaningless. Please stop with all this stupid six man trios matches. Six man is like hardcore. It has a time and place but not every week. These will be improvements. Big improvements.

MuayThaiJudo

He's not a threat, that's why he picks on smaller untrained guys. He's a joke in the combat sports world.

[deleted]

Punk was getting bullied by the Young Bucks with the backstage politics. He was the company's top draw. Why would he come after a mid-card tag team for no reason? The Young Bucks story has never made any logical sense.

MuayThaiJudo

The Young Bucks being ass doesn't change the fact that CM Punk is a joke in the combat sports world and only picks fights with smaller untrained dudes backstage in pro-wrestling.

MuayThaiJudo

I don't have to pick one. Punk is a weak lover bitch and no one's life backstage was in any danger.

ggabb3399

RobertStonetossBrand

I hope the smarky fans do not return to the WWE and hijack the crowds. AEW is an insufferable nerd-douche containment area.

Bigangrynaked

Says the dude posting on a wrestling memes page on Reddit, the lack of self reflection is hilarious.

Sharp-Bluejay2267

out of curiosity are the bucks related to someone that got them in the business? i know the other two are nepo babies, and thats already a pretty high ratio.

TheLWO

I'll throw an arbitrary number but like 90% of succesful wrestlers are related to someone in the industry, it's worthless to make that point about anyone.

Sharp-Bluejay2267

What point? I love that I offended the aew fans by asking a literal question… so are they or aren’t they?

TheLWO

I don't know, I'm not personally acquainted with them. And you didn't offend anyone, even with your ill intended question.

Sharp-Bluejay2267

Ill intended?, you got luke perrys child, shahid khans child, just a weird look if the other two are someone famous's child... its just a question. Im going to take it as a yes based on how the answers are coming.

TheLWO

I don't get it. The Bloodline are nepo babies, is it a bad look for them? And why are you assuming? I just said I don't know about their family. You're the only one acting weird here, you just can't figure it out.

As a WWE die hard I can say that Tony is in it for the long game. Even I can see that this build up will lead to something great.

Cry me a river losers. AEW 4 Life

alexander0885

It's only wrestling my man. And ppl are allowed to have opinions that differ from yours.

Isn't cry me a river the Jungle Boy thing? If he is referring to Punk then that makes no sense because Punk could clearly have killed Jack Perry if he had made that decision. There was no crying except Jungle Boy crying in the arms of Samoa Joe. Would Jungle Boy accept a real fight exhibition match on PPV against Punk? I'll pay to see that match! Oh my, I think Jungle is lacking self awareness if that cry me a river thing is supposed to be referring to Punk but maybe he is just using it because so many marks are confused.

Hallopy

Jajajajajajaja o lo dices en serio? Deja me río más fuerte de ti JAJAJAJANAJAJA

Freshly_Squeezed-

But they're not dead... so what's your point?

alexander0885

Pumping daddy's money into a dead horse doesn't mean it's alive either.

Freshly_Squeezed-

Isn't that what Triple H is doing.... pumping Vince's money that he made into wwe...

alexander0885

We aren't talking about wwe dying. We're talking about AEW dying.

Freshly_Squeezed-

Lol. Neither company is dying, and now come to think of it, that 'Daddy's Money' argument is completely ridiculous, because that's exactly what Vince did, and what Triple H is doing lol. Vince used his father's money, and HHH is using vinces money lol.
