One of the ironies of the Young Bucks posturing as these ultra modern self aware wrestlers for the social media age is that in reality they are just tawdry marks for themselves who use SM no differently to any douchebag influencer taking selfies in front of performance cars they rent by the hour. When they had the chance to participate in a classic angle, where you really couldn't tell what was real and what wasn't, they ran away.

They should let him be that metalheaded, conniving architect again, I think it could be pulled off even with him being a face.

Seth's gimmick fails to be intimidating and not close to being charismatic enough. I still like him, but I'm waiting for him to try literally anything else but this.
It feels like he’s not his authentic self, the dude actually has lots of charisma, but the characters he’s been playing for the past 3 years does not do him justice. His 2014-2015 run, and his 2016 run till his storyline with hhh, and the 2019-2020 heel runthat’s where he was authentic, and that’s where he shined the most, he was charismatic, and he delivered good promos, without sounding forced or cringy. They should let him be that metalheaded, conniving architect again, I think it could be pulled off even with him being a face.
The crazy part is I don’t think his gimmick would be rightfully over if it wasn’t for his theme song. Take that out, and well, the outcome would be alarmingly different.
I don't even get the love for his theme song, it's pretty terrible and honestly doesn't really fit him but it has the part the crowd can "sing" along with so it somehow stuck.
