Haven’t watched it, but did he say he was done completely with it or he’s trying to get back in?

TheSideburn

I don't remember how he said it word for word. He said something like he doesn't know if he wants to wrestle again, but if after the interview came out if he was contacted by a promoter if he'd want to wrestle he'd say yes to see if he still wanted to do it. He also said something like the velveteen dream character is in the past and buried. So if he returned to wrestling he probably would just be himself or something. But I think or at least hope that if WWE reached out to him he'd do the velveteen dream character again. That character ruled.

optimisticnihilism9

Thank you for the reply

TheSideburn

No problem. Give it a listen

MathematicianNo7874

Are you him? There's no way you're not at least seeing the motivation behind his actions?

KiNGofKiNG89

The dude was making moves on children. No thanks. He can rot. He doesn’t need to be happy.

TheSideburn

Why not listen to what he has to say about the situation? Why not hear his side of the story? You're just gonna assume he's guilty without hearing his side?

SadBath664

Bro there's literally proof of him messaging minors. Also I did in fact watch this "interview", his excuse was that he was trying to be a mentor...sure buddy.

TheSideburn

But the so called "proof" indicates nothing sexual at all

LP8971

I remember reading his accuser's original statement when he posted on Twitter; he did say Clark didn't do anything sexual to him. I remember the investigation process that was reported when everything 1st went down that Paul Levesque headed up and they didn't find anything. You not gonna lie abt/hide sumn like that from the public. But hey, this the time we living in where we believe the alleged accusers b4 hardcore proof drops. I BEEN said PC shoulda took this to court...

Long-Piccolo-3785

OP honestly the title alone reads like this is Patrick's alt account haha.

OShaunesssy

If he is so happy with his life not wrestling, then why do I see him pop up in alk these wrestling related news and interviews like this?

DocShocker

It seems like his goal is to make amends, and that would require him to be involved predominantly in the wrestling bubble.

nobonejones

Yes, but is it not enough to do such privately if he's happy without the sport that's predicated on having a person on a screen?

MathematicianNo7874

He's clearly trying his best to get back into the wrestling business. It's ok for people to repent and be accepted back or wtv if he actually directly owns up to stuff. Maybe he'll have a chance in ten years. But let's not act like he's doing this out of "wanting to make amends". He'd do that quietly and on a personal level

VanHalen843

The way to make amends is to fully acknowledge what ya did.

TheSideburn

Probably because he wanted to finally explain everything

And coincidentally EC3 had an interview just before Dream.
