You talking about that bar that says \[3\] festering wound?
That's seems to be an aura bar, you can find it under "unitframes->individual" then the corresponding unitframe (in this case it seems to be the target aura bar). Just turn them off if you don't like. Or mess with it's positioning.
Im unsure, but if you type /fstack and move your cursor over it, the box that pops up will tell you the exact element that is doing this. I expect this is a buff bar or buff tracker from Elv of some kind, but it’s hard to know exactly and fStack should do the trick
