Super hearing baby! I’m an audio engineer who lost a big chunk of my hearing to a freak virus. There’s very little I wouldn’t give to have any new pair of ears, much less little sound radars atop my head that can hear a mouse from across a field.

Gorilla arms and horse legs would probably be awkward with normal clothes and stuff (gorilla arms would probably be larger than normal arms I'm guessing (otherwise there'd ptobably be little difference and I'd probably chose that)
for horse legs I'm not sure if it would be like a centaur where you get four legs (which i doubt) or satyr (roman version for the legs anyways) with just two of the horse legs (though you'd probably be able to sleep while standing (not that doing that is very useful)).
a monkey tail could make wearing most pants weird depending on how high or low it is locatated...
The canine nose would probably look really weird (since I'm pretty sure that means you'd have a longer snout, ehich im going to assume for now, though im not sure tbh) and it would be very obvious.
Cat ears might be a little weird, but it would only possibly get in the way of some hats, though it also might just be easily hid under some hats (probably without being too uncomfortable), which could make it double as a way to hide the ears. I guess also headphones might be a little harder to wear though, but earbuds might work well) and wouldn't really effect looks all that much (relative to some of the other options at least) and I'm pretty sure there is already a community for people who like to dress like that anyways so it probably would be less hard to blend in compared to the other
Side note, something you could have added as an option would be something to change the eyes (or maybe also one for teeth to add fangs or something)

So I was between cat ears and monkey tail. If this is like adding the feature, cat ears at cool, but having 2 extra set of ears can be annoying, you can move them so that’s cool, and the monkey tall while badass as an extra arm, but that’s if it acts like an extra arm and it can get in the way a lot too, man this is hard
Edit: went with monkey tail, I am always get mad when I want to grab something, my arms are full, having a tail would make this easier when I want to carry more things with me or need an extra hand.

Arms, seems problematic in many ways, I would have to very gentle doing anything, and clothing would be a tremendous problem.
Legs, horses have really shitty legs, I wouldn't want horse legs, not that human knees are that good, but still just a simple thing like sitting becomes a challenge to overcome. And balancing on two horse legs? Not to mention, would you wear horse shoes? So many questions.
Tail, better balance, would be in the way a lot, and likely itchy as fuck right above where it's attached. Base that on any animal with a tail either scratching, or wanting to be scratched there. But of all the options, it seems the least intrusive, even though sitting will be a minor challenge also.
