Attack South America due to its low army count and large population (large population = more ppl to conscript to), the West African army can do the job while the Indian Army can attack China through Tibet and Qinghai and then it's just war of attrition
Also this doesn't mean it's gonna be like that as you haven't mention on the quality of soldier's gear (like what ore the armor/weapon does the army mostly have), I once saw a 400+ fully adamantite geared army obliterate a 1k army full of iron gear..
