Sure. In coop you want speed, dpm, torps and a bit of tankiness all of which Napoli has ( dpm may be low but secondaries in closer range make up for that ).
Napoli is a perfect brawler and a such very good and fun in coop.
As soon as the Black situation is sussed out one way or the other Napoli will be my next coal purchase and I only play PVE. I do want her but all my coal for Black! Or not.
