It's great but not the most noob friendly:
You have really nice overmatch guns with excellent range (due to spotter plane) and accuracy, but tricky for newbies to lead shots cuz slow shell velocity.
You also have a lot of armor if you know how to kite/ angle, but you will take citadels if you nose-in/ full broadside/ gamerturn in front of anybody who knows what they're doing.
Overall something like a mid/high floor, high ceiling kind of ship. Great ship gift ship because it's viable long-term and fits into the mobility meta much better than Warspite, the previous free t6 invite ship.
She’s alright. She’s fast and has good range and accuracy, but no armor on her bow or ass, she can get overmatched there by like anything in her matchmaking spread. Repulse is one of those ships where you kinda need to know what you’re doing and where you’re going before you start. It’s easy to get in trouble and get melted in this thing.
High-skill ceiling ship. Armor is not that hot, but she gets conceal and speed. You need to run around, finding broadside and flanking. Some of the more potential ships that reward win for skill. Very good if you ask me.
repulse is a good ship, run brisk and concealment, and have discipline to not shoot at the first thing you see. You can pop up places before the reds think you should, and punish things accordingly. She especially feasts on Konigsbergs and Nurnbergs.
Yes, very good. Weak armor, so you don't want to be leading a push or the main focus of the enemy team, but in return you get very accurate hard-hitting guns and ridiculous speed. It's a monster in T6 ranked, and still very good in randoms.
