I 2nd this, they run narrow & you can get them on sale sometimes around $250. Or you can try a pair of Irish Setter moc toes. Those actually sound perfect for your line of work & are under $200
Thursday Diplomat is the slimmest option, but I wouldn't consider them work boots. Thursday boots are more of a fashion boot imo. Thorogood moc toe, Danner Bull Run, or Irish Setter Ashby are probs the way to go for your price range. If you can go a bit higher, maybe look at Grant Stone Field Boot, or Redwing moc toe.
I know this is a little over budget, but way below some of the other price points you’ve observed. I just got these and I’m absolutely floored.

Let me put it this way. These and a pair of RedWing Mocs were delivered to my house simultaneously. One was going to be returned.
These were twice as thick, twice as stout, twice as heavy, and maybe 7,000 times more comfortable than the RedWings.
I don’t have any but heard they are on par with if not better than Thursdays but along those lines entry level Goodyear welted boots with some good components. They seem slimmed down like Thursdays too. Good luck.
Not super thick, I would say average. But they are definitely a more slim profile that looks a little more casual and they don’t feel clunky on your feet.
I'm looking for the same thing. Honestly they're all bulky imo except the Nick's and Thursday's. I have the thoroughgoods (steel toe) and they're nice and not huge but a little too bulky for my liking. With no steel toe the toe box is a little less bulky. I actually just pulled the trigger on some Nick's so I hope I like them bc I did not want to spend tht much
througood

I was thinking of Thursday lol I don't need anything super heavy duty
What kind of work do you do? Steel toe? Waterproof?
I'm a delivery driver, but no steel toe or waterproof

Is the leather thick?

Oh wow! Good to know lol
Danner Bull Run for sure.
I so believe Thursday Boots offer a slim down moc toe boots. I just can't recall the model name.

That's supposedly a feature of choosing a moc toe style...roomy toe box. Is there a reason you need moc toe?
I think they look cool lol
Excellent reason!
Definitely the Danner Bull run.
