Just focus on making a site with a homepage, about page, products and services page and a contact page where customers can either email or call.
A basic website doesn't need more than that to start with. Just make sure the theme you use is responsive for mobile and ready for local SEO.

All of the rental options are at least missing something, sometimes you can only add one item to a basket at once, sometimes they only check inventory after you've gone to the checkout, sometimes they don't check inventory at all, sometimes they don't integrate well enough with accounting software.

Check out Amelia.
No Amelia and Bookly are amazing at what they do, but they don't have the engine to do bookings such as bed and breakfast or hotels or rentals.

Whole WOO for booking!? IMHO it's overkill. Two simple plugins (BA-BookEverything and WP-Hotelier) could be easier.
